Great place
Everything was excellent. Cozy space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchenware. Only complaint was the weak hot water, it barely supplied a 10 minute hot shower when no one else was home all day, and only filled about 3" of the awesome Jacuzzi tub I was excited about. With 4 people we had to wait about a half hour between each shower.

Bandon Family Getaway
We had amazing 4 night stay at this property with our family! The location was great with easy access to a beautiful beach!! It was the first time our granddaughters, ages 2 and 4, had the opportunity to experience the ocean, and they absolutely loved it!! It didn't matter how cold the water was, they were all smiles and laughter. We actually felt like we had the beach to ourselves with very few people on the beach while we were there. It was so beautiful and the weather was amazing!! The house was perfect with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. We had everything we needed. The house location was close to old town and the guys had an incredible golf experience at Bandon Dunes!! We prepared meals at the house and also dined out at wonderful local restaurants. My only constructive feedback would be that we were not able to directly contact the local Property Management Company with a few questions we had after arrival. It went to a phone number that was not answered. We then called the 1-800 number. The message was taken, but no response was received back to us afterwards with our questions. If our question had been more emergent this would definitely have been a concern in my opinion! Overall, this was a wonderful, relaxing, long weekend getaway with our family, and we all loved the experience!! Very memorable!

Nice! Lots of space
Clean. Easy to check in and out. When the hot water didn't work, it was fixed within the hour. Comfy beds. Lots of space for families and kids to sleep on the floor! Would stay there again.

check out time.....
enjoyed the home, wish there was a deck, 10 am check out is a real trial, as you like to sleep in on Sundays. I paid $45 to stay till 2pm. it's a little expensive, but nice to go to beach. thank you

Great house retreat
We all enjoyed our stay snd plenty of rooms and open spaces in the home to have several conversations going on without talking over one another. Easy beach access and shopping at old town!

Would not recommend
We cut our stay short due to uncomfortable beds, mouse droppings, bath towels that smelled of mildew, and dingy furniture. Aside from this, the layout of the house is incredibly strange, and there are notes from the property manager all over the place basically telling you not to be an idiot. I requested a refund for the one night we left early, and never heard back from the property manager or Vacasa. This property is not up to par with other rentals from Vacasa. Would not recommend.

Girls get away
The house was large with a great floor plan. Easily held nine older women with comfort. Great kitchen with really large table for all of us to gather and play games at. Had some issues that were quickly resolved by the property manager. Over all good place to stay for larger groups.

Thanksgiving getaway
We have stayed at this property for two years in a row. The house design is great for a large group, however they are severely lacking in towels (very few available and they are in need of updating.) Other than that, the house is in a great location and close to the beach.

Excellent Stay
We've stayed at a lot of VRBO, even some in the same area. This was by far one of the best! Everything worked, the place was clean, and describes accurately. There was plenty of kitchen items that we were able to make and serve food easily, even with some of the stuff we forgot (as always). I will definitely rent here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot
The house itself is a great layout for groups and had ample space for everyone. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is beautiful. Just a heads up that the road it’s on is a main thoroughfare, so you have to walk a short ways on that road to get to the beach access. With little kids, that was disappointing. Gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5 because the house could use some updates - beds aren’t very comfortable, linens were old and dingy, and some of the kitchen utensils need upgrading (the knives were terrible and there was no good cutting board). But overall it was a great place, in a great city, with easy access to a beautiful beach.

Just loved the place and it accommodated all our needs. It was within walking distance to the beach and a great state park (The Devils Kitchen - great park!), and close enough to town to eat out and purchased what was needed.

Easy Vacation spot in Bandon
We greatly enjoyed the home. It fit our group of 10 easily and everyone was comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach. No beach views but good views of surrounding area. Neighbors are not too close. Large amount of parking. Well stocked kitchen. 5 minutes from most everything we wanted to do in Bandon. We would stay here again. Only minor complaints were a few too many notes around the house and there were no bathroom vent fans.

Great Location
Very spacious house with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable . We really appreciated the big kitchen to cook in since all indoor dining was shut down due to COVID. Close to the beach and horse stables. Really enjoyed watching the horses walk by as they headed down to the beach. The complaints we would have is that the house wasn’t ready by the 4:00 check in. We were pulling a trailer with a side by side and it was very difficult to find a place to park while we waited. We didn’t get get to check in until 4:20 pm. Also the maid left a load of towels in the dryer that we had to fold.

The property location was great. Easy walk to the beach. The house was very accompaning for 4 people. In saying that, the cleanliness was not that great. We had to wash most of the kitchenware because food was stuck on it. It really needs to be updated in their linen. The pillows were so woren out they were like pancakes, one didn't even have a pillowcase on. The towels were bad, the washcloths had stains on them. The first night we got there, we had stopped at the market to grill fish. got home no gas in grill. Great place to rent but they really need to update their amenities.

Overall a nice house in OK area. Not criticism, just advice from previous owners of vacation rentals. Better cleaners are hard to find, but you need them. Sticky glass rings on coffee table, old hair swipes from cleaning rags on toilet, tub, and night stand in another room, etc. Many chairs broken and not usable (including several in pieces in the garage + in DR and LR). Garage full of misc. supplies and repair materials. Toilet seats loose. About 9 lights burnt out. Advertised with BluRay, only DVD. Trash bins completely full. Downstairs sinks ran slow, showers and tubs OK. Several windows mechanisms broken and several missing screens. Would have called about many of these, but we had a 90 year old with us and once we spent 2 hours sanitizing the house, it did not seem advisable to have maintenance in. Kinda interesting though, we used to offer the cleaners Starbucks gift cards for reporting items like the slow sinks, loose toilet seats, lights out, drawers broken, etc. so we could have great maintenance performed. That and our frequent visits, and it was still a challenge. Thanks for the use of the house.
