Comfortable and welcoming
Our 2nd stay was as perfect as the first. We even cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for our college student and had everything we needed. It is so restful there; we aren't ready to leave when we need to return home and to work, but we're definitely rested up. Thank you for a terrific place to stay in Bangor.

Dream rental
From pulling in at night after a long drive to easy access (really cool lit up sign with house number), walking in the door with the light air freshener scent to the most comfortable and well appointed Air B n B we've stayed at throughout New England. It is rare to stay in a rental this well appointed for cooking and being comfortable. The window shades throughout, varied pillows, dreamy soft bedding, and ceiling fans were excellent for people that like to sleep late and comfortably. It truly was a restorative stay. Books to read, welcoming decor, comfortable furniture, toiletries, spices, working ice machine etc, great parking, clear exit instructions.. Seriously the best.

Nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication. Spacious. Just a couple tiny details that would be easy to improve…. Path from parking slab to side door, drain plug for master sink. Overall- would stay again!!

Great Stay
Comfortable, clean home in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Traveled with my dog so having a fenced in back yard was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and my husband really enjoyed the Keurig. The home had everything we needed for our long stay. Mackenzie thoughtfully added so many nice extra touches. The back deck was very nice for relaxing outside. Mackenzie was very welcoming and responsive.

Very pleasant
Stayed here while a family member was in the hospital. The house is about 15 minutes to EMMC. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, comfortable house, and close proximity to downtown, grocery store, etc. Pros: pet friendly! Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, spices, and other cooking ingredients available (check expiation dates as some stuff had been there for quite a while). If you like a soft squishy mattress and furniture, you will be very comfortable with the beds and couches. Both beds were like sleeping in a bowl of pudding if you’re into that sort of thing. 😀 Appreciate the shower gels and other bathroom supplies. Cons: Firm mattress lovers will be disappointed (see puddling reference above). The fenced in backyard is not accessible from inside the house. You have to go out the side door, down a little hill, and through the gate. At the time of our stay the fence had been significantly damaged in recent storms. (The host disclosed this at time of booking). Until repaired, this is not a safe space for pets. The guest bathroom could use some hooks and/or shelves. There’s no place to put your stuff while showering and getting ready. We were there during a cold, windy week in February and appreciated the extra blankets as the house felt a little drafty. The neighborhood is comprised of two short streets with cul de sacs which was perfect for dog walking. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Thank you Mackenzie!

Perfect for the Holidays
We stayed here instead of getting two hotel rooms. The house was immaculate and very comfortable and a great value. The host answered all our questions promptly and was extremely gracious and flexible with check-in because of our flight schedules. We have used VRBO properties in the past and this one ranks up at the top! We would defintely stay here again!

Perfect for 2 Couples
Blew it by only staying 2 nights. Needs bed lamps & night stands for both bedrooms. Four cheap wine glasses & a better corkscrew would have been nice. Appreciated the shower shampoo & body wash & 2-ply TP but a box of Kleenex would be appreciated. Overall though this was a wonderful place for a short stay & we really enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Weekend
I went to visit my daughter who attends UMaine in Orono and was looking for a place to stay and this place was perfect! It was maybe 15 minutes from campus and located in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as pictured and the fenced in yard was a huge bonus as I had two dogs with me. I loved sitting on the back deck with my book and coffee…it was so quiet and peaceful. The house is very clean and very comfortable and communication with the owner was quick and easy. It was the perfect place for my weekend getaway!

Great place to stay for a weekend in Bangor!
My wife and I had a great stay at this wonderful property in Bangor. We were attending a concert at the Cross Insurance Center. This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 5 miles from the venue so it was incredibly convenient. Additional, within 1 mile we had easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. The property was spotless, and well appointed with every necessity. A huge bonus on the 90 degree weekend was having access to the private above ground pool which was crystal clear. And the deck had a nice outdoor couch to relax on. Mackenzie was amazing with her communication and made us feel very welcome. We Will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit Bangor. Thank you Mackenzie!

Great house!!
My family and I had an amazing stay! The house was super clean and welcoming and stocked with everything you need. Communication with property owner was great and the check in/out process was super easy! We brought our two young kids and our dog and it was perfect for all of us. Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. Overall everything was amazing and we had a great trip!

Easy to get to, near airport, 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Bangor, EMMC etc., meticulously clean and well-appointed, generously stocked (towels, fleeces, coffee, tissue, kitchen ware etc.). Nice layout with one en-suite bedroom and bath, and on the other side of the living area, another bedroom with a full bath. Good Wi-Fi and movie options. Host very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
