Anniversary trip
We had a short stay at Yearling to celebrate our 24th anniversary. The cabin was secluded, but close enough to hiking and restaurants. Cabin was great for a couple and had all we wanted.

Yearling Review
Overall we enjoyed our week-long stay. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice and cozy. Loved the fireplace, especially when getting up in the mornings. The hot tub was a disappointment. The water temperature was hot but the jets didn't work very well and we were told there was no filter. We only used it once but would have done so much more if it was in good working condition. We had a problem with the combination lock, evidently it malfunctioned on our first day there. The problem was resolved with the help of Ben(?) and Elijah. They were extremely helpful. Would recommend your rental agency to family and friends.

Perfect location
Cabin was immaculate when we arrived. Having the creek right outside the door was a wonderful surprise and the sounds of the water were very relaxing. Well equipped kitchen so cooking was easy. Bed was very comfortable. Will go back again.

Relaxing weekend
Yearling is a great off the beaten path cabin by the creek yet close enough to activities to keep you entertained.Clean and quaint the cabin provides a warm and homey feeling. The constant rush of the creek gives a relaxing and calming vibe from the back porch.

Our Adventure
After we finally got the address after hours of trying to reach someone and only able to check in an hour late , the property was wonderful. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again. Just hope the next time we can check in on time.

Great couples retreat
Very private property, gorgeous cabin, still close to everything Banner Elk has to offer. The rebtal agency was very responsive and quick to come out when we had an issue with the shower. Clean cabin, clear directions on what to do at check in and check out. The sound of the river/creek from the back porch is just so calming.

Beautiful cabin and property! Clean, well stocked, secluded and cozy. Close to town and things to do, but still feels like you’re far away from everything. Perfect spot to getaway for an anniversary or honeymoon. We will return!
