"L’endroit est magnifique et le vin est bon. Mais on a eu le droit à un accueil glacial. On avait l’impression de déranger. Pour le dîner on a pris l’option cinq plats cinq vins. Les étaient tous très bons, la nourriture pas du tout à la hauteur. C’était notre 7e hôtel en Bulgarie et notre première ..."

"El hotel es muy bueno y el servicio muy amable. La unica pega que podria poner es que los dias cuando mas gente hay el personal esta desbordado y falta pan u otras cosas. Por lo demás esta muy bien."

"The hotel in general and our room in particular was clean, refreshed and welcoming. The pool T was perfect, kids loved the water slide. There was an issue with the payment, but the staff worked out the problem and it was solved in the end. Overall an amazing 3 days there."
