Absolutely Perfect
My husband and I desperately needed some time out of the city, and were so lucky to stumble on this absolute gem!! Checking in was a breeze, and all of Jay's instructions really took the guess work out of anything. Not only was the condo in an excellent location for shopping and dining, and so close to many entrances to the Acadia, but the amenities that Jay offers, like the electric bikes, were a total blast! From grilling on the patio, and cozying up by the fireplace to wind down, cooking in the kitchen, we had everything we needed to feel right at home and enjoy our stay. Everything was so clean and organized, and not to mention the high end linens and towels!! We were obsessed!! We can't wait to stay here again in the future! Thanks again Jay!

Comfortable condo!
We really enjoyed staying in this condo while visiting Acadia. It is conveniently located within walking distance of everything in Bar Harbor. This small condo features upgraded furnishings that made it pleasant to return to after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The king bed was most comfortable and the condo was clean and well organized for the small space. We also appreciated having a dedicated parking space. The owner responded quickly to questions. We felt right at home and would stay again!

Perfect little getaway spot!
The location couldn't be better. We parked the car and walked everywhere in town during our week-long stay. The condo was very clean, and the furnishings are comfortable. The owner really makes the most of a small space. My husband and I also appreciated the brochures for things to do in Bar Harbor and the hiking maps for Acadia National Park.

The condo is called Eden One. It was just what we needed, and the washer and dryer were very appreciated. The owner gave excellent information about the condo and left a very detailed notebook with everything we needed to know. He went to a lot of trouble with furnishings to ensure his guests had a pleasant experience, and we did!

Jay’s place is a small, cozy ground level condo on a quiet one-way street in Bar Harbor that is easily walkable to all the town has to offer and just a quick car trip to explore Acadia and other places of interest on Mount Desert Island. We loved the location and really appreciated the comfortable bed and high quality sheets and towels! It was too warm to use the wood burning fireplace while we were there, but it’s great that it is there! We also liked that we could open the windows when it cooled down at night and use the AC when needed! Jay and Nicole were both very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Jay was so kind to give me a gift for my 40th birthday (the reason for our trip) AND he donates the profits he makes from renting the condo to some wonderful charities!!! We loved staying here!! Thank you Jay!!

Perfect for 2 people. Great, convenient location, off the beaten path, avoids congestion of downtown yet very walkable. Convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Owner (Jay) very accessible, prompt with any inquiries, issues, etc. Well appointed furnishings, top-of-the-line appliances, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect spot to stay for your visit to Bar Harbor and Acadia.

With real estate it's location, location, location, and for our purposes the location was perfect. All of downtown Bar Harbor was easily accessible on foot. We went to dinner and/or out for drinks every night for 2 weeks, and hit different spots every night.

The property is small but perfect for just my wife and I. The location is amazing as it is within a short walk of all things Bar Harbor and a short drive to Acadia. Early Summer Getaway
Small condo as described, but perfect for our needs. The host, Jay and his assistant, Nicole were super friendly & attentive with information regarding the condo & surrounding area. The location to ANP is fantastic and we were in walking distance to all the town of Bar Harbor has to offer. We enjoyed cozy nights by the fire, which was a nice bonus, plus we could enjoy an early breakfast “at home” before venturing out to explore the beauty of Acadia. I highly recommend staying here!
