Perfect place for 2
Wife and I stayed here while we trekked throughout Acadia. It was the perfect place to stay and rest between our long days. Great communication with the host, and loved the binder he had for us at the vrbo. It made things super easy for us. Super clean, and super cozy. Phenomenal sound system on the TV as well!

Bar Harbor/Acadia beauty!
Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park area success! We absolutely fell in love with this area and this place was a great place to stay. It is in a great location, just on the edge of the bustling downtown area, easy walk to everything Bar Harbor downtown. Owner is excellent at communicating and pays special attention to quality and details, much appreciated! Perfect for a couple, very quaint, but well appointed. The E-bikes were a great perk for us! This is a perfect place to stay if you’re interested in exploring the park or the downtown, best of both! We would definitely stay again if traveling in area!

As advertised, the place is in great condition and the location is excellent. Jay is a great host: very accommodating and always available. The e-bikes are a bonus. Quiet location and convenient to whatever you need.

Cozy, Comfortable, Convenient
Well equipped, good use of space, and we could walk everywhere downtown. Comfortable bed and bedding. We enjoyed all the comforts of Jay’s home because he lives there part of the year. We like a Vrbo with a house manual of instructions and Jay’s was detailed, even including pictures. My husband admired the e-bikes tho we didn’t get to use them.

Great location
Walking distance to grocery, restaurants, harbor, shuttle, and shops - really great location. Nice bed and linens, cute patio. We only had a minor issue with the TV but it was quickly resolved. We loved the reclining sofa. Jay provided detailed instructions well in advance so there were no surprises.

Perfect Bar Harbor condo
We loved our little vacation in this condo. It is small, but perfect for 2 people. The location was great -- easy walk to shops & restaurants. We were able to ride the e-bikes to Acadia National Park from the condo avoiding alot of the car traffic getting into the park. Jay was a fantastic host providing excellent instructions on everything we needed to make this trip perfect. I would absolutely recommend this condo!

Beautiful Bar Harbor
Come stay in the middle of Bar Harbor! You will be right around the corner from the East Coast’s first National Park- Acadia. Enjoy mountains and the ocean in the same park. Fall in love with Acadia and promise to return.

Wonderfully equipped apartment in the heart of Bar Harbor
It has an arresting number of amenities: Great air conditioning, delicious Nespresso with a plethora of choices, nice soap, huge TV, stocked kitchenware, etc, etc, and even electric bicycles (which we didn’t use as we brought our own bikes.) However best of all was the host who answered every question with alacrity and provided a comprehensive loose leaf filled with directions for all the electronics in the apartment and recommendations of local shops and restaurants.

Comfortable and convenient
Our four night stay in Bar Harbor was the first time actually staying in the town. Our accommodations were exactly what we wanted. It was very clean, updated and very convenient for really getting to enjoy the town and Acadia National Park.

Absolutely Perfect
My husband and I desperately needed some time out of the city, and were so lucky to stumble on this absolute gem!! Checking in was a breeze, and all of Jay's instructions really took the guess work out of anything. Not only was the condo in an excellent location for shopping and dining, and so close to many entrances to the Acadia, but the amenities that Jay offers, like the electric bikes, were a total blast! From grilling on the patio, and cozying up by the fireplace to wind down, cooking in the kitchen, we had everything we needed to feel right at home and enjoy our stay. Everything was so clean and organized, and not to mention the high end linens and towels!! We were obsessed!! We can't wait to stay here again in the future! Thanks again Jay!

Comfortable condo!
We really enjoyed staying in this condo while visiting Acadia. It is conveniently located within walking distance of everything in Bar Harbor. This small condo features upgraded furnishings that made it pleasant to return to after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The king bed was most comfortable and the condo was clean and well organized for the small space. We also appreciated having a dedicated parking space. The owner responded quickly to questions. We felt right at home and would stay again!

Perfect little getaway spot!
The location couldn't be better. We parked the car and walked everywhere in town during our week-long stay. The condo was very clean, and the furnishings are comfortable. The owner really makes the most of a small space. My husband and I also appreciated the brochures for things to do in Bar Harbor and the hiking maps for Acadia National Park.

The condo is called Eden One. It was just what we needed, and the washer and dryer were very appreciated. The owner gave excellent information about the condo and left a very detailed notebook with everything we needed to know. He went to a lot of trouble with furnishings to ensure his guests had a pleasant experience, and we did!

Jay’s place is a small, cozy ground level condo on a quiet one-way street in Bar Harbor that is easily walkable to all the town has to offer and just a quick car trip to explore Acadia and other places of interest on Mount Desert Island. We loved the location and really appreciated the comfortable bed and high quality sheets and towels! It was too warm to use the wood burning fireplace while we were there, but it’s great that it is there! We also liked that we could open the windows when it cooled down at night and use the AC when needed! Jay and Nicole were both very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Jay was so kind to give me a gift for my 40th birthday (the reason for our trip) AND he donates the profits he makes from renting the condo to some wonderful charities!!! We loved staying here!! Thank you Jay!!
