The staff/owner is wonderful. The property has air conditioning which we needed to use. Loved the beautiful area, walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Laundromat is in walking distance. The property is clean and the room was comfortable.

So cute and in a great area that is walkable into the town. Due to it being slightly outside the town, it is very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and well equipped, the king mattress was very comfy as well.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Immaculate room and grounds! Loved that it is at the end of the street and within a few minutes walk to downtown restaurants and shopping while at the time feeling tucked away in a pastoral setting. Definitely want to come back.

We loved this property! The owner stayed late to welcome us and was so incredibly helpful. I specifically chose the location based on how nostalgic it was. It brought back wonderful childhood memories. The room was spacious and so clean. I highly recommend this property!

The Cromwell's staff was excellent in assisting with questions and making sure that we had everything for our stay. The street area by the Cromwell is currently under construction so you need to pay attention to the detour instructions. All the restaurants and shopping are walkable from the Cromwell. Acadia NP entrance is about 10 minutes. Really a convenient location. Enjoyed our stay.

This motel was clean, quiet, and convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The room was spacious and had a cute balcony for drinking coffee & early morning sun. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the Main Street in Bar Harbor for shopping and restaurants. There was city road construction being done near the hotel but it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property. Cromwell Harbor Motel was everything we wanted in a home base while exploring the area.

We loved staying at the Cromwell Harbor motel. It is convenient to downtown businesses and the harbor. Temporary construction detour by the city makes access to the motel initially confusing, and encourages walking downtown, rather than driving...which is a good thing anyways!

Great place !! The room was a good size. The entire room and property was spotless. The location is about a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 3 minute drive to Acadia. The room had coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator . The owners really seem to take pride in their place. We had a great 4 night stay and will stay here again.

Very nice motel with very nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately there is road construction right now so a little detour to find it with the car. However you can still easily walk to town.

Nice family run motel
Great family run motel. Very clean and spacious rooms and within easy walking distance of the tourist town of Bar Harbor and making for a quieter experience. Would recommend stay here for Bar Harbor and quick access for Acadia Natl Park.
