Un superbe appartement dans une magnifique ville
Les photos et les descriptifs correspondent parfaitement à l'appartement qui était très propre, bien équipé, bien situé, dans une magnifique ville riche en architecture et en découvertes. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Par ailleurs, Antonio, très attentionné, a chargé son amie Ana de nous accueillir, elle parle très bien français et nous a donné d'excellents conseils que nous avons suivis : les principales visites à faire , prendre les taxis, un magifique marché où nous avons goûté les produits locaux, les bons restaurants, une supérette en face de l'immeuble très bien approvisionnée. Nous les remercions tous les deux d'avoir contribué à la réussite de ce séjour. Nous recommandons cette agréable appartement sans réserve. Si une opportunité se présentait, nous y reviendrons. Barcelone en famille
Hola ! Superbe semaine ! De l'aeroport , nous prenons l'aerobus et debarquons au dernier arret Place Catalunya! Et 500 metres plus loin, vous y etes . Mr. Sila nous y attendait . Vraiment sympathique , il nous avait meme preparé un petit lit pour bébé. Nous avons suivi ses recommendations resto et le remercions car nous avons bien degusté ! L'appartement est très très propre, et tres bien equipé. Les 2 chambres a coucher avec salles de bains , c'est génial. Ce quartier est a la limite de la vieille et nouvelle ville , c'est une situation geographique excellente. Pres de tout. Nous avons presque tout fait a pied. Sinon, le metro est au coin de la rue. Vraiment nous avons adoré le 15 Carrer Trafalgar ! Muchas gracias!

Super séjour
Super séjour dans cet appartement très vaste, très clair et situé en plein centre. Les chambres sont grandes, les salles de bain et la cuisine bien équipées, la literie excellente. L'appartement est très calme car il donne sur une cour intérieure très "espagnole", sympathique avec ses toits en terrasse. Le métro est à 50 mètres et le super marché juste en face. Le propriétaire est en plus joignable très facilement par téléphone. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Amazing place in a great location !!!
This appartment made us feel like home. Everything was really clean and well maintained. We were 5 people and it was really confortable for all of us. The appartment is situated in a great location near Plaza Catalunya (metro and express bus from the airport) and Urquinaona metro station. There's also a small grocery right across the street. Communication with the owner was really easy and quick. The lady Ana, who gave us the keys, was really welcoming. She took time to give us information about barcelona and some places to go. I recommend this appartment to anyone that wants to stay in Barcelona. Would come back anytime to this place. P.S If you want amazing tapas, go to Tosca which is 5 min away

The perfect stay for 4 people
Antonio's apartment was just fantastic. The location is the best we could imagine, in the Barri Gotic, a short walk from almost all the famous sights of Barcelona and also the metro station is very close. The apartment itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Quite new, I think I was one of the firsts who has ever used the kitchen. For 2 couples it is a perfect choose as both the comfortable bedrooms has it's own bath as well. We have very much enjoyed our stay, many thanks again for your kind hospitality!!!

Lovely apartment!
We loved the location. Walking distance to most things. Property was clean and spacious. Could definitely use some extra comforts (linens, blankets pillows, decor, extra kitchen food/ drink prep options). Having a washer and dryer was amazing! Host was a bit difficult and con courteous or accommodating. I asked for a pillow and blanket for fold out couch he said it had clean sheets and I only checked in 3 people. I boooked a home for 6 guests! When we opened couch it only had a disgusting dirty mattress cover and no sheets. Had to argue with him to get linens. I washed mattress cover and he eventually had one sheet dropped off. He is very rigid about collecting $ for tourist tax to receive the exact linens/ towels for each! Frustrating conversations while I’m trying to enjoy our family vacation

A gem in Barcelona
Hola! Our family of 4 adults could not have asked for better accommodations in Barcelona. The apartment is exactly as the pictures online and in a safe neighborhood on the 4th floor. The washer/dryer was a selling point for us as was the lift. Antonio met us for check in and explained everything in the apartment. He also outlined the area on a city map and gave recommendations for neighborhood places to eat. We wanted to live like the locals and stroll the streets daily. The Mercado (grocery) is just down the street and we had chocolate croissants in the morning as well as charcuterie fixings we made from there at the apartment. There was a Farmacia (pharmacy) at the end of the street. You don’t need a prescription for many medications. The kitchen had all of the necessities including an espresso machine with pods. You can login on the living room tv to your Netflix account, share a meal at the dining room table, organize your luggage and clothes in the built out closets in the bedrooms to settle in. There is so much to do in the area and we walked to many places or jumped in a cab. There was one pillow on each bed and extras for use would be nice and the sofa is a sleeper and I’m not a fan of them because they are never as comfortable as a regular sofa but those things were quickly overlooked because Barcelona is one of the prettiest, liveliest cities we’ve ever visited. Our family would highly recommend Antonio’s apartment for your Spain visit!

Perfect Location
This apartment is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, train/bus station. It's very quiet, clean and comfortable with all the amenities (Especially dryer). Antonio is very prompt and good with communication before, and during our stay. He was always a message away when we had any question and ready to help. When water heater has some issue, he started working on it the same day and fixed it. If we visit Barcelona again, we would love to say at Antonio's property.

Great location
The apartment is centrally located and you can walk to most major attractions. The air conditioning is fantastic. The washer and dryer is a nice touch for longer stays. We stayed in the apartment with younger children and we were very happy with our stay. Antonio was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more.

Loved our stay
The apartment was very coveniently located for sight seeing, shopping, restaurants and getting groceries for the apartment and was very nicely appointed. As two women friends, we enjoyed the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed the small balcony and being situated on an upper floor on a central, quiet courtyard. Anthony spent a great deal of time explaining the amenities/appliances in the apartment and orienting us to the apartment. Our only complaint was that the sofa and chairs in the common area were somewhat unconfortable to sit in, but we would still highly recommend the apartment.

Perfect location, great apartment
The apartment is lovely and has most things you'd need. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with laundry facilities in the kitchen area. It's located in a fabulous location, very central, but not in a really obviously touristy area. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Superb!
Best location in the city. Very comfortable. The elevator was appreciated after walking all day. Public transportation was convenient. Nicely appointed kitchen made breakfast easy. The two twin beds in each bedroom were very comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom attached. This made it easy for the four of us to get ready each morning. The washer and drier were appreciated because we could pack light. Thank you!

Fantastic Location in Barcelona
The apartment is in a great location, right next to a metro stop. There is an elevator in the building which was great to get suitcases to apartment. The rooms were a good size and accommodated our party of six. The check in process was easy and could not have asked for a better arrangement. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to recommend it.

An ideal apartment
We can't fault Antonio's apartment. It is in a great location, in El Born, away from the tourist throng, near L' Eixample. It is quiet, comfortable and equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine, drier and a full range of self-catering equipment. Antonio was a delightful host. He introduced us to the area when we arrived, recommending places to visit and eat. When we had a minor issue with the TV, he responded immediately. We greatly enjoyed our 19 nights in Barcelona and intend to return next year.

Perfect for a quick Barcelona Stay
The apartment is perfectly located for 3 days of sightseeing. Very roomy and clean. Beds were comfy. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance; no need for a car! Would definitely book again!

Excellent Location
Host Antonio greeted us upon arrival. The property was very clean, quiet but central. Maps said we were 10 minutes walk away from Plaza Catalunya, where our tours and La Ramblas begin, but was really only 5-6 minutes. Many choices for restaurant nearby. We enjoyed takeout several times from El Corte Ingles, which made eating in very easy.

Great location
Close to all the major sights in central area. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Antonio was very helpful on check in provided lots of helpful information. Despite being in a very busy area the apartment is very quiet. Would stay again.
