Muy recomendado
Ubicacion: muy bien localizado, barrio de Gracia con mucho comercio local y Metro L3 con acceso rapido a los lugares turisticos y centricos de la ciudad. Contacto: Atento y pendiente de cualquier necesidad. Comunicacion efectiva y fluida. Lugar: Apartamento diseñado con gusto, practico y limpio. Todo funcionaba correctamente y la cama era comoda. Pudimos trabajar ahi sin problemas y la conexion WiFi funcionaba muy bien.

Excelente ubicación y apartamento
Al lado del paseo de Gracia, lleno de tiendas, supermercados y establecimientos para comer, muy buen ambiente. Apartamento tranquilo y silencioso, muy limpio, acogedor y cómodo con todo lo necesario y más para alojarse. Cocina bien equipada, con todos los electrodomésticos de una casa, lavadora, secadora, horno, etc. no hace falta llevar nada. Fuimos con nuestro bebe y había batidora y de todo. Los anfitriones fueron detallistas. Fuimos andando a todos los sitios emblemáticos, agradable para pasear.buen precio.me encantaría repetir

Great Apartment
The apartment had everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, the bed was comfy and it’s really nicely decorated. It’s in a great location, close to shops, supermarkets, cafes and tourist attractions. The owner has great communication and Viviana who greeted us was very nice. There was also a bottle of Cava in the fridge waiting for us which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and would stay again

Great location
Overall, this was a good experience, the apartment itself is small but has everything needed, and is in an excellent location. Only downside is the noise from upstairs. The soundproofing is limited, and you can hear every footstep.

The perfect location
This property has it all, it's conveniently located only a 2 minute walk from multiple public transport stops (metros bus train). Check-in at the property was super easy and we were able to keep constant communication with the host as we made our way into the city. everything was clean and tidy inside, a nice private little apartment. the TV is a smart TV too which isn't a big deal when on holiday but it was great for relaxing in the evenings. There's a 24 hour supermarket across the road too, it's only small but very convenient.

Nice little bolt hole
The apartment was very clean and a good check in process. However it was dark inside and we were unable to get the blinds to work. You could hear the people above walking about and the pitter patter of their dog in the mornings from the bedroom.

Nice place to stay in Gracia (BCN)
The property is located in a nice area of Gracia. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The check-in process was very simple and Jessica, who met and help us with the checking process was in time and very helpful with suggestions about the area and the city. I fully recommend this place if you are visiting Gracia

Nett, aber zu viele Defekte und schlechte Kommunikation
Das Apartement ist klein, soweit ganz nett, ruhig, in der Nähe zu Gracia und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, doch etwas dunkel. Soweit gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine). Check-in unkompliziert, wenn etwas ist, sollten wir uns melden. Nun, das Waschbecken im Bad war von Anfang an verstopft. Wir haben angerufen, eine Nachricht hinterlassen, ein email geschrieben (von dem wir nicht wissen, ob es angekommen ist; über das Buchungssystem konnten wir nicht schreiben, da der Login nicht funktionierte, überraschenderweise kann ich jetzt aber darüber diese Rezension schreiben). Insgesamt keine Reaktion. Als wir das Waschmittel in die Waschmaschine einfüllen wollten, hatten wir die Frontabdeckung in der Hand, die früher bereits geklebt wurde. Eine Herdplatte funktionierte nicht, der Drehregler für den Ventilator hatte keine Plastikkappe mehr, also nicht richtig bedienbar, etc. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt durchaus sehr beeinträchtigt, da man zumindest verlangen kann, dass das Wasser im Waschbecken abfließt. Beim Check-out haben wir noch einmal ein SMS geschrieben (der Weg über den wir bereits vorher kommuniziert haben), doch sie ahnen es bereits: Keine Reaktion. Von uns deshalb nicht zu empfehlen.

Fantastic Stay
Had a great time in Barcelona and enjoyed the property as much. Only thing is that the wifi was unable to be reached in the master bedroom and would go in and out at times which made it tough to do enjoy the evenings at home at times. Other than that we had a wonderful trip and the surrounding areas is full of great gems.

Die Räumlichkeiten befinden sich zwar im Erdgeschoss und sind dementsprechend nicht besonders hell, ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass das gerade in den Sommermonaten ein echter Vorteil ist. Die Abwicklung lief super, wir haben dort gerne unsere Zeit verbracht. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Bäckereien und kleinere Geschäfte, die Busanbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

A Nice Place in a Good Location
The apartment was nice with all the needed things. Our only problem was that the bedroom has no window and the fan switch was broken and could not be turned on. Outside in the alley there was the beautiful smell of Jazmin from a huge bush on the side of the house. When we first came in there was a musty smell from a place that had not been aired in quite a while.

Cozy apartment with easy Metro access to the sights
This apartment is in a quaint neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and a food market within a 5 minute walk. There is easy access to two Barcelona Metro stations. We found it very easy to get around. The apartment was smaller than we anticipated, but perhaps that was our North American perspective. It was clean, cozy and comfortable for the two of us. The basic toiletry and cooking supplies were provided. But only 4 coffee pods were supplied. The only issue I had with this rental was how the Tourist Tax was handled. There was no indication at the time of booking that a tourist tax had to be collected in cash at arrival. I was informed by the host 15 hours before my arrival and just two hours before for my flight out from Canada. I hate unnecessary surprises! And this one caused a fair amount of anxiety as I scrambled to get additional cash at the Barcelona airport. Perhaps this is a VRBO issue. I have not had this issue with my AirB&B bookings.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. It is in a great location. The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean Communication with the owner was good they were very accommodating. Gracia is an ideal place to come back to of an evening after a days sightseeing the city was very crowded. The metro was good it's about a five minute walk from the apartment and fairly easy to navigate.i would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning to here and beautiful Barcelona.

Cosy convenient stay
Really great place to stay. Perfectly Clean, The kitchen was very well equipped had everything we needed for relaxed holiday breakfasts. Location was ideal a really great neighborhood to be in away from the main tourist trail, but still lively with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants and very good transport links. Would definitely stay again!
