"We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. There were ants in the kitchen all around the stove and the glass top on the stove was cracked. We killed 3 spiders (2 WERE IN 2 DIFFERENT BEDS!!). "The house was very clean and had a lot to offer in the way of amenities. It was too cold to go into the ocean at that time, but the hot tub was available, and the pool could be used too if the heater is requested. Enjoyed using the propane fire pit several times, and there is a great view of the surrounding area from the highest vantage point on the deck. This is definitely a place that I would not mind returning to."

"This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."

"My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. "The house was perfect for our family! Very well stocked kitchen! Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that were provided to use in the canal right out back! Wild horses literally under the house while we were there, beautiful! Kevin was amazing! We called because propane was low and he was there in less than 20 minutes. The next day he drove by on a boat and we were on the deck and stopped to check if we were ok. Couldn’t ask for a better host! Thanks Kevin! "

"House was large and comfortable. Wonderful proximity to the beach. Close enough to store that having to run out for something was not a big deal. Theres a playground in the neighborhood to walk to.
