The host Franco was very helpful and responsive to any concerns .The infinity pool is a perfect size and much enjoyed by all. The villa and annexe were both spotless. "

Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

"Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen an diesem wundervollen Platz. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, um selbst zu kochen, ebenso fußläufig fantastische Restaurants und einen regionalen Lebensmittelladen. Matraia ist ein beschaulicher Ort und gleichzeitig gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr großzügig. "Ron was a very conscientious, caring and accommodating host, we were contacted personally shortly after booking, he gave us recommendations for the vacation as well as accurate directions before and during the vacation, which was great. The house was perfect for us and exactly as described in the ad, clean, with a great terrace and located in a really incredibly quiet place. We had a great stay, thanks again."

"Monica was the best, to start we wanted her to make us supper the 1st night but I got back to her late and she had already made plans to attend an olive oil festival at a hamlet a few miles from her Villa. She invited us to attend with her and it was the best way to start out our visit, when you watch tv and see Italy with everyone from the town eating together, it was exactly like that an 8 course meal with all the wine you could drink it was amazing. She was available for everything we needed...

"Awesome stay at Casa Dell Aqua : big space, beautiful view, nicely equipped kitchen and near a lot of nice cities. The last 10min of road are very narrow to get up the mountain but it's definitely worth the trip ! Very private, the hosts came for a few checks of the pool and gardening but we never even noticed them.Would totally recommend !"
