"We enjoyed our time in Herbster. The cabin was stocked with all the creature comforts, and its location - nestled in the woods along the lakeshore - was outstanding. We enjoyed our morning beverages as we watched the sunrise each morning. Cooking breakfast and lunch in the kitchen was easy with all the provided items. For dinner, we ate at The Cranberry Over Superior - and recommend it! We explored Cornucopia and Port Wing, too. The South Shore had plenty to keep us occupied when we ventured...

"My husband and I had a great stay. The location is great, and the decor, furnishings, etc. are impeccable. Owners were very responsive. The only thing inside that could be improved would be instructions in the binder on how to use the heat. After the first night, we communicated with the owners and they explained what to do. The only criticism of the property is that the outside could use some maintenance. The interior was gorgeous and we loved our stay very much! Thank you!"

"Staying on the boat was the best adventure. It was easy walking distance to downtown Bayfield. That weekend was Bayfest and it was so much fun. Shopping, food and music. Saturday night there was a big storm, boat rocking back and forth. Still sleep well."

"Clean room with good amount of space and private bathroom located right down from stores and bars in town. Parking and check in were easy. Host responded to a request of ours very quickly and accommodated our needs. We stayed during Applefest which was a really fun time to be in Bayfield. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Amazing home, space, view, people to work with! The owner Luke was almost instantly responsive to any questions or info I needed. I've never stayed in a vrbo that was that well-stocked with EVERYTHING. And the view was breathtakingly magnificent.
