Awesome
Steve the owner came out and had a short visit, adding a personal touch. We've never stayed in a nicer house. Everything we needed was there. I would recommend staying here. The peace and quiet, fireflies, chipmunks, stars at night, time to read and write, were priceless. Did I mention the incredible shower? The soaking tub? And Publix and Aldi close enough!? Thank you Steve and Venna and Lucy!

Wonderful and peaceful retreat
The property itself is beautiful, just like pictured and described. Located in a very peaceful location, easy to find and to access. The home is beautiful, with all the comforts and amenities needed to be a home away from home, including very comfortable beds. Close to many waterfalls, hiking trails, and many scenic places. we would definitely be back!

Family Gathering
This was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. We enjoyed the views of the mountains from the ample porch with comfortable seating. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was spacious. We cooked in the kitchen and relaxed in the Living Room while playing games and watching basketball games. It was the perfect distance from Asheville. The food recommendations in the binder were spot on!! Stoney Knob Cafe was delicious and quirky!

Mountain Paradise

Wonderful, quiet retreat
We had the good fortune to meet the owner, Steve, on our way in. It was fun to trade stories with him about the area. The house is wonderful! The setting is terrific. We enjoyed our mornings, sitting on the deck listening to the birds. We will be coming back next year.

Dynamite Ridge - The perfect home away from home!
My family had the most pleasant 8 day stay at Dynamite Ridge in July 2023! We vacationed in and around Asheville, but did not mind the short drive back to the house each evening. First and foremost, the beds and linens are incredibly comfortable! The view from the master bedroom out into the back deck is gorgeous. The room also includes a large television and walk-in closet! The two guest rooms upstairs are supplied with comfortable beds, nice closets, board games, and each has a nice sized television. The kitchen is set up for prepping meals with an abundance of pots, pans, utensils, etc. We were pleased with large work areas and ample seating. The living room furniture is clean and welcoming. Throw blankets and lounge pillows are available, VERY CLEAN, and comfortable. The laundry machines are not coin operated as mentioned in my signed contract. Just a regular washer and dryer. I came armed with a load of quarters, but that is not necessary. Dynamite Ridge is VERY clean and comfortable overall. I would highly recommend a stay! I will definitely return the next time we visit the area.

Wonderful Home
This house was one of the best I have stayed at. Updated with all the amenities you needed, very clean and comfortable. The outdoor porch was perfect for morning coffee and listening the the sounds of the forest. Only a short drive to Ashville but close to all the outdoor activities you want. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing spot
Beautiful home in a great spot for exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains. Very clean and perfect for our family of 6. Great communication from Yonder. Walking distance to ziplining, short drives to beautiful waterfall hikes, decently close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house if you want to be outside of Ashville
Great property, clean, well kept with plenty of room for family of 4. Only draw backs is you have to drive 20 minutes for food. The hot water for showers went in and out quickly.

Exceeded Expectations
The home was beyond immaculate! Everything needed was provided. The kitchen was stocked with every conceivable utensil, pot, pan and dish you could ever need. The gas fireplace with remote control really added an additional coziness to our stay. Enjoyed sitting out on the wraparound porch even though it was December. Of course, blankets and throws were also available! You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this house. Only 20-30 minute drive to main attractions and events in Asheville and surrounding areas.

Thanksgiving at Dynamite Ridge
The home at Dynamite Ridge is very nice new house. Our family of four had plenty of room, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking pans/utensils, bathrooms were spacious and clean! Enjoyed the gas fireplace. The only drawback was the neighborhood. There were many older trailer homes on the road and an abandoned lumbar yard. Not exactly the kind of area I had pictured based on the property description. Also, the area is very dark and the driveway is difficult to find in the dark / no reflectors or lights. The driveway is gravel with a medium incline that would be difficult in winter weather if there was ice without four wheel drive. It was easy access to downtown Asheville which we appreciated and it only took about 25 min.

Excellent Rental Choice
This is a beautiful home that is well appointed with all of the necessities and many of the amenities of home. We enjoyed spending our days hiking and dining at our favorite restaurants in the Asheville area, and spent the evenings watching football and playing games back at the house. The home looks and feels new, is well-cared for, has comfortable beds and seating, a beautiful fireplace; a well-stocked kitchen for meal preparation (though I would recommend local restaurants), and spa-style bathrooms. The location is roughly 20 minutes outside of Asheville. We would definitely rent again!
