"Such a cozy cabin and some amazing trails right behind for exploring by yourself or with dogs. Loved the open floor plan and the loft area, much bigger than anticipated. "The house is definitely sunggled in the woods of Sugar Hill. Very peaceful. The home is clean & spacious. We did not cook there but there appeared to be plenty of pots/pans, etc. It is located about 30 minutes from Lincoln, where we visited the Ice Castles. We could not get the propane fireplace to stay lit, so hopefully John, the owner will investigate. Thank you!"

"I stayed here for close to a month in january, had a great time. The area is beautiful, the cabin was warm and comfortable even in the middle of january once i had the woodstove going, very nice quiet area. You won't see a single person anywhere near the cabin, it was pretty secluded and extremely private, but still reasonably close to some small towns. "Everything about our stay was wonderful! The price was great and the host was very communicative. She let us know things to do in the area and checked in throughout the stay. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. We were able to bring our small dog which made planning the trip even easier. The host provided bowls and a bed which made our dog (and us) very happy. Before we'd left I'd already looked at other dates to book this property! Highly recommend!"
