"The house was beautiful and we found plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. The only problem we had was communication with the property manager. There was a construction worker on site working at the carriage house and he said he had no idea that people were renting the house for the weekend. The first night we noticed the one door in the dining room did not lock and the knob fell off of it outside and in the morning it was windy and we heard the carriage house door banging with the wind....

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "Cabin is located on the water. It’s clean, warm and cozy. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the soft sheets. We didn’t really use the kitchen over the weekend, yet it has all you need. It was the perfect spot for us to spend time and enjoy a local wedding. Host was very responsive. "

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"The house was beautifully renovated with that old time charm. Beds are comfy and plenty of towels and linens. "Great little place, only bad was TV did not work properly and kept turning itself on for no reason. It was late season and not much soap in shower (not a big deal) other than that, super clean, nice fire pits and PLENTY of chairs. Cabin itself was VERY clean, It was a great after concert sleep. "

"Interior of the home was very nice. Access to water was difficult and made worse by the lack of pruning of the bushes that had grown into the already narrow stairway leading to the dock. Parking was difficult, additional information regarding possible places to park another vehicle or trailer would be helpful. A broom and functioning vaccum would also have been helpful. "Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it."
