We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"My husband, son and I all enjoyed our stay at the very clean and cozy cabin. The pond is only a 2 minute walk and everything you need to enjoy it was provided. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck in the morning and fires in the firepit at night."

"The cabin was great. Right on the lake and very relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The bathroom is very small was the only negative but it's a cabin in the woods on a lake. My grandson is already asking when we can go back. "

"Great little place, only bad was TV did not work properly and kept turning itself on for no reason. It was late season and not much soap in shower (not a big deal) other than that, super clean, nice fire pits and PLENTY of chairs. Cabin itself was VERY clean, It was a great after concert sleep. "

"The house was as pictured a family cottage by the lake. The owner was nearby and was friendly and my children had a fantastic time swimming, kayaking, and fishing. It was a nice relaxing family vacation. Would recommend the house to offers who want to just get away, relax, and unwind."

"Interior of the home was very nice. Access to water was difficult and made worse by the lack of pruning of the bushes that had grown into the already narrow stairway leading to the dock. Parking was difficult, additional information regarding possible places to park another vehicle or trailer would be helpful. A broom and functioning vaccum would also have been helpful. "We spent an amazing few days at this property with our two teenage sons. They loved the upstairs area with bedrooms and huge tv. We all enjoyed the game room. It’s a very quiet street and the lake was quiet and peaceful — very few power boats. The property was very well stocked and clean. We would love to come back!! Note that one bedroom and full bath are downstairs and the other bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. "
