"We loved Marva’a house. If we are back in Nevis, will definitely stay there again. The house is spacious and very comfortable. One of three bedrooms does not have an AC unit, but has two fans including a ceiling fan. The property is big and very well maintained. There are several fruit trees including at least two types of mangoes. Since we were visiting at the end of May, we got to taste the mangoes and had them for breakfast every morning. "Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"Apartment had all your essential cooking and eating utensils. The refrigerator also had milk and orange juice. You do need to buy laundry detergent,hand soap and shampoo. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Didn't have a coffee drip maker so you have to improvise to make coffee. Bed was very comfortable. "The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels."
