Great stay!
Clean, quiet attached apartment space close to everything, including a park that was great for walking the dogs. Home was without stairs which was perfect for us. Have to mention the heated tile floor in bathroom which was a treat I wasn’t expecting! The roaming chickens were cute except when they pooped on the welcome mat, but free eggs for breakfast made up nicely

Great Stay - Great Neighborhood - Convenient to LSU
We enjoyed our stay! Large place, quiet. The private lanai is a plus. Comfy couch, nice furnishings…bed is amazing, well appointed kitchen and coffee bar. Shower was roomy and equipped well. Owner is responsive to any questions or comments. Can’t wait to to be back!

Everything you could want! Including location.
The host Elizabeth and her husband was absolutely wonderful. She even provided fresh eggs from her own chickens. The facility had every thing you could want. Beautifully decorated, very spacious. I am handicapped and there is a beautiful walk in shower and a great bed that articulates. The very best VRBO we have stayed in.

Nice Stay in Baton Rouge
This was our second time staying at this property. It is a very comfortable 'mother-in-law suite' in a great part of town! There is ample parking with two parking spots right in front of the entrance. The neighborhood is nice. The bed is very comfortable and nicely appointed. The single bathroom is very nicely done, although it takes an extended amount of time for the hot water to hit the shower, so then you wind up fiddling with all of the controls to make sure you are doing it right. It might be helpful to include instructions on which nozzle was the water temp and which way to turn it? The first time we stayed at the unit, it was immaculate except for the carpet which was showing it's age with wear and many stains. This time around, we were still happy with the property, but it wasn't at the same perfect level of clean...dustier then we remember it and seemed a little musty smelling. Stil overall clean, and we will return, but just seemed a little less pristene than the last time we stayed. There were few dead bugs we had to wipe up and two that we had to kill. Not a huge deal - bugs are a given in the south. The listing is very clear that this is an apartment attached to the home. You do hear family conversations from time to time through the walls, but it usually was very short and never at an inappropriate hour. Did not bother us, as the listing is clear on the layout of the property. Overall, we are always very comfortable when we stay here and will be back again!

Nice area.
I enjoyed my stay. The place could have been a little cleaner. Wall to wall carpet had big stains and is very outdated. Couldnt put my clothes in the drawers because they were covered in what looked like saw dust. Dead spider in the bathroom with a huge web. It is a large, well appointed place in a great neighbirhood and the communication was exceptional. Just seemed ro need airing out and a thorough, deep cleaning.
