"Nos encanto la ubicación es un lugar muy tranquilo y se acomodo a nuestras necesidades. Solo un comentario y es que las personas que limpian podrían hacerlo más detalladamente ya que encontramos cosas debajo de las camas como una pijama de bebe sucia ( nuestro grupo éramos solo adultos así que no era de nosotros) y algo de basura aparte de eso todo estuvo bien."

"This property/cabin was perfect for our short visit.1 block off old town, easy walking distance. Visited Washington(town) off 49 to the north and back down to Grass Valley. Nevada City still has an old town feel to the old town area. A little disappointed in Grass valley, it's lost that. Sure the buildings are old but the closure and modernization of old town just lost a lot of appeal for me."

"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. "We were three couples (us & our adult children) in town for family wedding. Close walk into Nevada City. House has both nice outdoor and indoor space so you are not all on top of each other. Living room area with porch was great space for a gathering of our two families before going out to dinner. Lots of family fun games and well stocked kitchen supplies. Appreciated the iron!
