Christmas Getaway
We enjoyed staying here. It was clean and spacious. We emailed with the owner before our trip and they answered quickly and were accommodating. There were Christmas decorations that were a very nice touch. I highly recommend staying here in the future.

Greàt family space for indoor and outdoor fun
Our family has a great time hiking, biking, swimming and fishing at the state park as well as cooking in the spacious kitchen and eating on the patio. The basement had a great basketball hoop game and some fun board games. We also enjoyed making s'mores in the fire pit. Great house and neighborhood for family time.

Definitely a Great Bay City Getaway
What a great place! We would definitely go back. It was close to everything including my family that lives there. The check in process was super simple. The only hiccup we had was the front door code didn't work. I did call the customer service number and they connected me to the maintenance dept. She was able to give me the code for the lockbox that had a physical key, so super easy quick fix. The only issue that could create is having 1 key for multiple people coming/going at different times. I would also recommend adding a few more pictures of the backyard so potential renters can get a better idea of the partially fenced backyard. However, the huge back deck has a gate you can close to keep in little ones or your furry friend. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with basic cookware, plates and cups. Along with dish soap, paper towels and dish towels. The dishwasher and washer/dryer was an added bonus! I recommend having your house manager check the silverware situation. There were only 5 forks and we had 6 people. This is probably due to them "walking" away over time. However, not a huge deal. Overall we had a wonderful time and will look forward to our next visit. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great getaway!

Great house and location
This house was exactly what we needed and where we needed it to be. It’s very close to all the major things in Bay City/ Saginaw area. There were a couple of issues but management answered every text and phone call and fixed them for us.

Lot's of space for everyone
We enjoyed our stay except that we did not have hot water for 1 day. This was a big inconvenience because we could not shower. We had great communication with the host and they were able to get it fixed the next morning. I was expecting some kind of a discount or refund, but none was offered. They were great about texting and keeping us up to date on service, but we should have been compensated for no hot water. This is a great neighborhood and we enjoyed walking around in the evening.

Bay City birthday trip
We wanted a place for us, our son and his dog to stay while we celebrated his birthday with family. This house is big, with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 living areas. Quiet area, lots of room, and a short car ride to everything. It snowed while we were there and the driveway was cleared promptly. Our only complaint is that the 2 beds we used and the couch weren't very comfortable. Otherwise, great stay.

Great house!!
We loved the house, it was clean and has a lot of space for our group. The property manager was wonderful and easy to work with. We live the location and the layout of the home too. Our only issue was just the single beds in the one room were not comfortable but the others were wonderful. We will come back next year too;)

Windows would not lock, house unlocked when arrived, AC didn’t work but they had it fixed the same day, linens not clean amongst other things. Property management very respectful and always working to fix things to make a vacation stay.
