"The Washburn Inn did not have an elevator, so that is not ideal, but we liked everything else about it. Also no vending machine, but the area was beautiful, the price was fair, and it was a great place to stay near Bayfield and Ashland both. The staff was very friendly."

"This was a very unique hotel. Very few rooms and incredible views. The room was ginormous and so cozy. The shower was huge and had two heads! It was an easy check in and check out process. The cafe downstairs was wonderful. We would most definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!"

"What a beautiful facility right on Lake Superior. From the front desk guys who were so accommodating to our requests to the check out gal who took our picture, it was a trip we won’t soon forget.
