Family trip
We visited Dauphin Island and Mobile. This property is located right in the middle of both locations. We had plenty of space. The bed were comfortable.

Spacious Lovely Home
We were amazed at the beauty and space this home offered. It was fully stocked with everything to make our stay enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the board games while the adults enjoyed the privacy. Great Spot for Sea School!
Coming to Bayou La Batre for Sea School? If you don't want to bunk up with a pile of randoms for 7 straight days this place is a great option. Great hosts and highly recommended.

Family Visit
We were visiting my son who lives in Cobden, AL. We found the house to be centrally located, very clean, and roomy. We had a dog with us and the yard was very nice for walking him. I would recommend staying here. Cindy Kisner

Great getaway
We stopped in Bayou La Batre for 3 days on our way to Florida. This is a great location to explore Dauphin Island, Bayou La Batre, and the Alligator Farm. The local restaurants were so close, and the food & service was wonderful. The house is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained, Thanks for your hospitality

Fantastic property but on a busy busy street
The house is newly renovated, and it is very nice inside. The tall ceilings make it look a bit spartan, but it has a cost feel. The kitchen is big and spacious, but it is lacking in dinnerware. The faucet was not functioning properly, which we reported. The manager was very prompt and said someone would fix it. They did not. It made doing dishes very challlenging. Overall, however, it was a great house inside. The main drawback to this property is it is on one of the primary roads through town. Very noisy at night, with cars, and sirens passing by the whole time we were there. The house is well insulated, but you can very much hear things, and the windows look out over the road. If you want to get away from it all, this is not the place.

Awesome Home Away from Home
Great place to stay, easy peasy setup and some nice food places nearby. Easy access to kayak in surrounding areas and a bit jealous that people can live life that way everyday. Will definitely keep our eyes open for when the house is available as we will return.

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed staying in this home! It was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. So glad we found this jewell. We stayed 3 nights. We went to a wedding in Loxley and that was only an hour and then the next day we went on an amazing guided fishing trip out of Bayou la Batre with Captain Yano! We had a wonderful experience with the contact that we had for the house. They always replied timely! Would definitely try and rent this home if we came back! Well worth it!
