"Property is well kept and spacious. Very comfortable furniture and restored antique pieces. Central air and ceiling fans in every room guarantee comfort. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Beautiful view of Grassy Sound from the plentiful windows and furnitured deck. Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting in bathroom are a hoot!"

"Sandy Paws was a nicely presented beach home. Plenty of room for family but it was just my spouse and I. Mother Nature was really making a show on our second day but we did get to enjoy the beach, which was so close, on the other days we were there. "This is a beautiful home right on the beach. Paul was great to work with. He answered my emails/ texts immediately. He sent me a list of things to do and restaurants nearby! We were three couples and we appreciated the fact that each couple had our own bathroom. The home is kept up. We all agreed it was the best home we’ve stayed in and we would stay there again. "

"The location was wonderful, 3 blocks from the beach and a safe, clean neighborhood. The only issue was that in the kitchen my favorite room of the house, the counters have to be cleared off immediately after cooking, the sink cleaned and the custom made garbage bin should not be used because of the ants. Once I figured this out, the stay was perfect. The house was cozy and the vintage pinups were very entertaining to say the least. We loved our stay. Make sure you get your parking permit! "

"We had a fantastic time. The house is very roomy and well appointed. Short walk to the beach We loved the porch and spent most of our time there… could add a few more porch chairs! The house had a great game room out back that our kids loved! Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and bikes, added a ton of convenience and fun to the trip!! "

"Lovely beach house!! Best of both worlds with it being about 1 min walk across the street to the bay “beach” side and amazing views from the back deck of the bay. We had no issues with bugs biting on beach or bay side. You can hear the waves when in the living/dining room when you open the windows in the morning and the sunsets off the back deck are amazing. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need including paper products, coffee, towels, beach chairs/toys etc. It’s 15 min drive...

"I made a short stop in Cape May on my way north to visit family. Angie’s place was the perfect spot for me. Close to all that Cape May offers, comfortable, clean and with too many nice touches to make my stay better to list. Great host and great house. "
