Perfect stay
Had a quick midweek stay for my husband's 51st birthday. The pictures in the listing don't do it justice. Very clean and beautifully decorated with a coastal theme. Very windy (a constant wind) and given the location i assume thats normal but totally worth it. The pool was perfect temp, however we had no clue where the hotub or gym was located without feeling like we would be intruding on another property. Nadine was super communicative and there was pretty much any ammenity you could think ex. Blender, spices, pans, washer/dryer. Will definitely look forward to going back

Utter Relaxation
We would highly recommend this property. While it’s in a “subdivision”, you have so much privacy. The villa was exactly as described and pictured. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all, this is it!

Clean nicely appointed condo was perfect t. We had great views and a short walk to the beach. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy but settled down and didn’t really bother us at all.

A Delightful Beach Retreat
This villa is exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, a fully functional kitchen, beautifully decorated, delightfully near the beach and the double wide back porch provides a panoramic view of dunes, foliage, birds, and sky. A delightful beach retreat!

We enjoyed the most perfect long weekend get-away at this Harbor Island condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Loved the ocean view from the well furnished deck and the fact that it’s on the first floor just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. And having the availability of beach chairs & umbrella made it extra special. Hope to return one day & stay longer!

beachside condo
The condo was comfortable, clean and had a good variety of kitchenware. The front deck was great but given the hot sun a porch umbrella would have been appreciated. The boardwalk to the beach was well lit and maintained, and as advertised it was only 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the rental agent could have been better since instructions on getting into the complex and door code did not arrive until one day in advance. My messages to her went unanswered until then. However, she accommodated our request for early arrival so overall it worked out well. The resident alligators under the boardwalk were a big hit with everyone !

Very nice condo.. Excellent views. Super clean. Very quiet. Everything worked. Other guests and residents were all very friendly, including the gate staff. The grounds were nicely manicured. Easy access to the beach area.Would certainly recommend this property.

50th Anniversary Celebration
The place is everything we had hoped for. I had made the reservation without my wife's knowledge that we were getting away for our 50th. I knew she loved to walk the beach with the waves lapping up on her feet and this Harbor Island setting was perfect. She is very particular about where she stays and the condo provided everything as advertised and could not have been more perfect for the two of us. We look forward to revisiting soon.

Great Place, lots of noise
Our stay was great! Read the other reviews, they are honest about the REALLY loud sounds from upstairs. the unit next door is also under renovation. We dealt with loud tile sawing, banging, and construction noises at all hours of the day. This unit is GREAT! Totally as described, clean, and comfortable. Beach was awesome.

Perfect Getaway
Perfect place to not care about time, leave emails unopened, and just take a breather. Quiet and quaint with the ocean and a pool available with a short walk. A bunny came to visit every night and we loved walking on the beach and looking at the sea turtle nests. We will be back.
