Le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel.
"Quand je suis arrivé, accueil très froid. On me demande une pièce d'identité ! J'avais pré réglé mais on me demande ma CB pour payer les petits déjeuner. Pourtant habitué de l'hôtellerie je n'ai pas aimé cet accueil. Le personnel soufflait....j'avais l'impression de déranger !"
