"This cottage is perfect for our family to stay at while we were in Michigan to visit our family. The porch area was perfect for morning coffee and the view over the river was peaceful. There was plenty of space for us all to have our own spot to sleep. We will come back and hope this place is available when we do. Reached out to the owners and they responded promptly. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area."

"The property was very clean and ready for check in. Jake was exceptionally fast in responding to any of our questions and both check in and check out were very simple. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals and we used the grill outside. When the dam is restored and the lake refilled this will be a perfect getaway."

"The property was super spacious, well laid out, and very clean. The backyard was great: excellent views of nature, beautiful gazebo, and nice fire pit. We had everything we needed, from grills to a TV w apps and bunk beds for the kiddos. We also fished in the lake and caught some big fish. We would absolutely stay here again! Looking forward to renting this place again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a great meal for a large crew. "My husband and I stayed at Sean’s place for the weekend to attend a concert at the Soaring Eagle which was a short drive. We also went to downtown Clare to watch the Michigan game and that was a quick 5 minutes away. I fell in love with cabin and any concern that I had was answered quickly. But it could use some maintenance and organizing. The outside needs a good cleaning up as well. We wish that the TV would have received local stations. The fireplace kept going out and then we couldn’t get it...
