"Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

"We stayed at Amy’s cottage/home for 3 nights in August 2024 with our friends and all our kiddos. We had the best time. The cottage was layed out perfectly, with the big dining area and living room. "Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya!"

"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. "Not a lakeside property, it's a bungalow house with no lake access. Property did not look like the pictures posted on the site at all. The house itself was nice in the inside with 3 small bedrooms. Did not stay there i cancelled as soon as i got thdre and realized it was not even close to what i was renting"

"This property was perfect for myself and my children it was clean it was about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach which we enjoyed walking to every day. All amenities were close by. The apartment has everything you need. I don't think I contacted the host once, it just wasn't necessary.
