"My family had a great time at this cabin and would for sure come back! We had 4 kids with the age ranges from 7 to 2 and the cabin was SO kid friendly. They thought of everything, there was a highchair, pack n' play, extra mattresses under the beds for more sleeping room. The water off the beach was clean and very minimal weeds. They had paddle boards, kayaks etc. that entertained my kids for hours. There was a family of geese who liked to wander so we did have to clean up some goose poop, but...

"This was a perfect cabin for our family! Our pre-teen/teen boys loved the lake, access to the boats, yard games, and having their own little space in the boat house. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners definitely went the extra mile. Also only a quick 15 minutes to St.Cloud was a plus. The neighbors were also very friendly, which you don’t always find at a vacation rental. We will be back! "

"An absolutely delightful place, minutes from any place you want to be in the Elk River region. Tucked in the trees along the water. Cozy, warm, comfortable, amenities and decorations are spot on. You won’t want to leave. We will definitely be headed back. We can’t say it enough nice things about the place and the hosts. You can tell how much they love the space just by being there. I’m delighted they are sharing that with us through VRBO."

"Amazing long weekend at Julia Lake. The cabin is just as described and the hosts are fantastic. We enjoyed coffee on the dock, kayaking, bonfires, and exploring the surrounding area. Pam and Leigh were friendly, helpful and gave great advice as to where to get a good meal, and glass of wine. We will definitely be staying at this cute and cozy cabin again and recommending others to as well."

"Simple but little cabin for our family. We loved our stay. It’s located on a the end of a peninsula so you have a LARGE grassy yard and lots of waterfront. There is also a very nice little beach for my boys to play easy entry for kayaks and paddleboard. Dock was clear enough of seaweed and sandy enough to swim. "What a wonderful property for an extended stay with family. To easy check-in the property had things for all ages. Kitchen great size for several to be in at once. Nice space on main level to lounge and see the lake. The upstairs theater was a plus for family movie night. Enjoyed lake swimming, trampoline and the shallow water for littles. Fishing was good. We can’t wait to return next year!"
