"The house was unbelievable and exceeded my expectations. Compared to most mountain rentals this home had at least 40 inch screens for TVs in each of the bedrooms and I believe a 55 or 60 inch TV in the main room. The owners provided a wonderful coffee bar the home was well equipped with supplies And beautifully renovated. Having stayed in many many rentals in the beach mountain area. "The location of the property was excellent… Close to so many attractions. The house itself was very clean and had everything that we needed and then some. The only issue we had was that the fire pit was out of commission. Instead, we had plenty of wood to build a wonderful fire in the fireplace, I would highly recommend this property and would certainly rent it again!"

"We had grandparents, parents, and children who were teens and young adults in our group of 11. There was enough space for being together and for privacy when one needed it. The house was very well equipped with necessities and other useful items as well. We were a short drive from both Beech and Sugar and rental places and restaurants. It is a place I would rent again!"

"I’ve lost count how many times we have stayed here. It’s in a great location for our intended activities, has the amenities that we prefer, the price is extremely reasonable and communication with the owner is a text away. It’s nice staying at a VRBO we are familiar with because we know what to pack and what is provided. One recommendation for newcomers: if you prefer darkness when sleeping, bring a blackout curtain or blanket to hang over the bedroom windows. Enjoy!"
