There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut...

The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. He got me what I need and everything else went very well. He may have been having a very busy day and lost track of time. "

"House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!"

Such as a Kuerig coffee maker (nothing fancy needed) a chair to sit in vs just a bed. washer had a broken water line and since i was in town for a week it would have been helpful for that to function properly, drier had a broken door as well. i would stay there again as the area was fantastic. a few small improvements would justify a slightly higher rate per day. "I came in to attend a National Agility Competition at the Expo Equestrian Center. This home was only minutes away from the center plus great restaurants!! It has a small fenced in backyard for the dogs which was great. Everything I needed for my stay. Clean and the bed was comfortable. There is traffic noise but was covered up with my sound machine."

"The house was clean and decorated so cutely. The primary bathroom felt luxurious. It’s worth noting that only the primary bedroom is on the first floor in case you have mobility issues. The downstairs living room furniture isn’t super comfortable, but the sectional upstairs is great for lounging and tv watching. The location is on walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. Queen size beds and a small bathroom are the only criticism I can find. The beds were comfortable, linens were new, and snacks were an extra yummy touch. All the living spaces were roomy.
