We lost an expensive item (it fell off our golf cart because we didn’t think about tying bags down when driving) and a staff member from their sister location found it and turned it into the office of our location. "We had an incredible experience during our stay, largely because of the convenient options near the condo, including various restaurants and markets. Traveling to San Pedro was a breeze, as there were plenty of places to rent mini golf carts. One nearby restaurant served delicious food; I tried a shrimp dish that featured coconut, with a mango sauce that I had never tasted before. It was flavorful, and I highly recommend it!"

"Oceanaire 11 is a wonderful condo with all the amenities! The grounds are beautiful with plenty of activities and restaurants with in walking distance. The host made my stay helping me every step of the way from getting off the jet and jumping in the local airline to the island along with a golf cart from a local rental company. I was greeted at San Pedro airport and guided to the property. Friendly helpful people and what a relaxing vacation all because I choose the Oceanaire!!!"

"This place is located within walking distance to the village and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The views of both the ocean and the lagoon are amazing and just a great spot to relax. "

"Easy 5 star 3 bedroom rental! The view from the porch is amazing and the breeze was warm and never ending! There are plenty of places to eat and a market an easy 5 min walk. The layout of the apartment is nice with one bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs with another balcony. We would definitely stay here again!"

"There was 4 of us staying in the condo. Very clean and decorated with local art work. Loved the location. It’s located south of town. Only 15 minutes to downtown San Pedro by golf cart and about an hour to Secret Beach. There are only 6 units in the condo complex and I loved how the pool wasn’t crammed full of people. There are several restaurants you can walk to or a 5 minute golf ride to. One small grocery store close by you can walk to. The management company was very responsive to any...
