"The location was perfect. just outside town so not as busy at night but still close enough to get to everything. The condo was plenty big for 4 adults and everything was quite comfortable. The only issue we had which was no problem for us was the water pressure. It was fine if one person showered but couldn't handle a shower and anything else. "Property was just as beautiful as pictures. Lourdes, the manager was very helpful. Our coffee pot quit working she was there within minutes to fix it. Tiki Bar "The Hula bar" within short waking distance excellent food and service and Happy hour. We were able to snorkel right off the dock"

"I stayed here with my 2 teens. The location was perfect. We were in San Pedro for 4 nights and never needed a golf cart as everything was a quick easy walk. The bakery right out back was a favourite! The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! My one “issue” was that we never had hot water, the closest we got was cool water. This happened 10 mins after we had just arrived on Friday 06Sep3024. Please have that fixed. "We stayed 12 days at Beachside and already plan on returning. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fabulous deep porch! Units do vary in porch size so look at the photos. This one was deep and in the shade during the afternoon, perfect. A breeze blew everyday and we never once turned on the AC, the ceiling fans were all that was needed.
