"This house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, then more! We loved the outdoor games and walking trails around the property, and the whole place feels very private and secluded. "Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We paddle boarded on the Suwannee river and swam in it! Loved Hart Springs, too. Walked up and down the dirt road with our dog. Made arts and crafts on the front porch. Cooked meals together. Ate together. Laughed. Relaxed! Some recommendations- We brought our own water filter as the water there smells like sulfur! Highly recommend you do, too! The grill did not seem to work- the temperature gauge is out. So we grilled over the fire we made in the barrel....

"We are 3 lifelong friends who like to relax and spend time together away, doing as little as possible, or as much as possible depending on the time of year. "Was a wonderful property in a very beautiful small town. The interent was out during our stay and did not come back on but that may have been a provider issue and not the fault of the property. Also if you are bringing a dog a wonderful yard but be aware it is not fenced in. We will be staying here again the next ti.e I am up to visit family for sure!"

"It was clean. Bathroom was very nice, but needs a grab bar and a towel bar. Washer and dryer works great. Television in bedroom was good with a simple remote. Living room television remote was very complicated. Overall, a nice place to stay. Only real complaint was the night traffic, but the house is on a busy road."

"Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!"

"The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year."
