"Lovely character cottage and lovely host. We didn't get any check-in instructions but our host popped out to greet us when we arrived (late) and showed us quickly around so it was no problem. Very well equipped which made for a relaxed stay."

"The kitchen facilities were good with plenty of plates and everything provided like dishwasher tablets. The host was brilliant sorting a minor alarm issue wilst we were out for the day, peace of mind that this is provided along with cctv outside the property was nice for us as anglers. "Everything was excellent except for the breakfast. The staff service was brilliant from the reception to the bar and restaurant. The room was very comfortable and I had one of the best night sleeps in years. The only niggle was the breakfast.
