"A wonderful stay at a stunning property! The views are to die for and the house full of traditional charm, we loved it! Dinners on the terrace were a highlight - the kitchen, although small was well equipped. We loved Bellano as it was very well connected by train and ferry but nice and quiet after experiencing the busier towns on the lake. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Taverna. It was absolutely beautiful, quiet and the location on the water was ideal. It was better then the photos that we saw when booking. The elegance of the grounds and the villa were truly special. We felt like we were the only ones there! Velda was very kind to us and made sure we were comfortable, etc. We truly had a memorable stay here!"

"Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic."
