Anniversary
All four couples were celebrating anniversaries. It was wonderful each having our own bedrooms with an ensuite. The home was very spacious, very clean and well maintained. Two restaurants close by which had delicious menus. Would definitely recommend this home.

Spectacular home
The house is oversized and very well equipped, with plenty of room for ten people (albeit sharing 4 bedrooms). Awesome views of the water and lots of privacy from neighbours. A fabulous stay and excellent host.

Beautiful PEC Country Estate Home
Loyalist House was everything and more than we expected. It gave us lot’s of room to enjoy our family. The layout was perfect and it was impeccably clean. It was very well equipped and the country location was close to everything. I would highly recommend Loyalist House and the owner Val was very accommodating.

Perfect for the family!
We just stayed here and It was such a beautiful house with amazing views! Seeing the water out the back windows, the wildlife that passes through the yard, and the sunsets made for a very relaxing getaway!

Delightful home in PEC
The owner (Val) followed up very quickly after the booking was made and provided both clear documentation on the home and how it was equipped along with suggestions on sites to see/restaurants to visit. The home was as comfortable as suggested by the online photos. The theatre room was a blast after a day of touring galleries and wineries. Lots of space in this home for people to find a quiet corner to themselves. The bbq was good quality and clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped (a bread knife and veg steamer would be a welcomed addition). There are two TVs plus a theatre room -- very nice for a group with varied interests. The outdoor fireplace was fun (I appreciated Val's suggestion to bring our own kindling - it made starting the fire much easier!) A few reviews commented on the house rules. Yes there are rules - none were unreasonable. This is not a hotel, it's someone's home. You need to remember that a) some of the house rules are driven by the municipality, b) many city dwellers don't know how a septic tank can be compromised by treating the toilet like a trash can or how sound travels in open spaces, c) Val and her family have a beautiful home that we were happy to treat with respect. This was our first time staying here and we very much plan to come back.

Easter getaway!!
This is definitely one of the nicest property out there, the view of the lake is breathtaking. Very nice location; not too far from TO or GTA and close to some of the greatest places to visit. The Owner is very available and instructions are such that one doesn't need to call them at all. The property screams luxury and calm. we will definitely be back.

Beautiful house with a lots of rules but help to keep the property clean. Overall clean considering that it is a rental. Garbage limitation and internet limitation is a big no for 2023. We had to leave with garbage in our cars and we didnt use the wifii because of the very low limitation, this need to be improuve. Thank you

Our Experience at Loyalist House
It is one of the nicest and best home we have rented. It was pricey but well worth it. The bedrooms and en-suites were outstanding, the movie theatre and pool table was a great added feature. Everything that is required in a home was available and more. Will definitely rent this home again.

Perfect Ladies Getaway!
Seven women placed a little county getaway. The bourse exceeded out expectations! It was a beautiful well cared fir home with stunning views. We loved the outdoor fireplace and spent most of our weekend there. A perfect place to relax and catch up. We look forward to booking for next fall again.

We recently spend 2 nights with a group of 8 women. The property is in a central location to visit wineries and craft breweries in the area. The house itself is perfect for a group of 8 people, it was well equipped with everything you would need. Definitely would like to return for a longer stay.
