"Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."

The garden was just as vast and beautiful as shown by the pictures onlie, and we all enjoyed playing waterpolo in the swimming pool. "Todo perfecto. La Villa antigua de 1660, con toda la decoración mantenida de la época. Jardín muy grande y muy cuidado. Zona muy muy muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectar y para visitar los Dolomitas de Belluno. Las Tres Cimas de Lavaredo a menos de dos horas. Francesca y Nicolà muy amables y con comunicación fluida. Si volvemos a Belluno sin duda volveríamos a esta casa. "We had a wonderful family holiday with two small children (5 and 8 years old) and also two of their grandparents. The place is beautiful, with a very large garden to play in (trees to climb, swings, and even a funicular). The house was very clean, and the host very kind and responsive. Situated ideally between Dolomites and Venice both just 45 mins away."
