"Chauncy Cottage is a fabulous place to spend a few days. Located in a safe neighborhood close to downtown. The furnishings are lovely and each bedroom is very comfortable and clean. We cooked in this visit and enjoyed meal preparation together in the beautiful kitchen. We always make a plan for our next visit to Brenham and this special cottage! Nikki is a wonderful host who always makes us feel at home."

"A family wedding weekend! We wanted to stay in a home rather than a hotel. This home offered a great option. The 3 bedrooms were generous in size as well as the attached closets in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the following spaces in the home, a great game area for the kids to relax in, washer & dryer, kitchen area, living room and two full sized bathrooms.
