"We spent 5 excellent days over Christmas, creating some wonderful memories. This was the second time we stayed here, with the added excitement of families together at Xmas. The house is large so plenty of space for everyone. All beds very comfortable Extensive gardens, and all kinds of outdoor games and outdoor equipment for all ages. Take your microwave as this helps a lot to supplement AGA cooking if you’re not used to cooking on one!"

"My family and I stayed at the French Mill Granary for 3 nights. We really enjoyed it. Our teenage daughter slept in the gypsy caravan which she loved. The garden was fabulous (our dog loved to run and discover various parts) and the swing was a hit. Everyone was very helpful giving us ideas about the places we could visit. We really enjoyed the Isle of Wight and staying at the the Granary which is in a very good location to travel around. Thank you"

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. "Farmhouse cottage is connected to the main farmhouse via a normal wooden internal door which remained unlocked throughout our visit. Having never met the owners we found this uncomfortable. Every noise could be heard through this doorway. Be it clear conversations or relentless dog barking . There is a wood burner that is situated in the main living room. "I stayed at the Birdham in late January 2025. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was particularly good - excellent menu, good cooked options, and delicious. I used the restaurant and bar on one evening, which again was excellent - good choices, delicious food, and a good atmosphere, it was used both by locals, and for business meetings. I would recommend the Birdham to anyone looking to stay in Bembridge or the Isle of Wight."
