Not what we expected
Our extended family was looking to explore northern Minnesota. After reviewing the many VRBO options we selected this location based on the reviews. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, has good access to conveniences. The communication with the owners was good, but there were many other things that fell short. In discussing our concerns with the owners it seemed to have been a perfect storm. It is unfortunate that nothing could have been done to rectify the situation. We don't often travel in a large group that would require us to rent a home of this size.

The unit was setup for a family get together, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and room for all. Location is great, close to everything we needed. Would stay again.

Hockey weekend
Great property. House was nice and spacious and clean. Very happy with everything! Nice big yard although we didn’t bring any dogs with us. We are thinking of staying there again for sure!! Thanks for a great weekend experience!

Weekend in Bemidji
The house was very nice. Spacious and the beds were great. Different options. We were there for a basketball tournament. And being 40 +we all were picky about our beds. There was some firm mattress and nice and comfy soft mattress. The appliances worked great. We had a nice meal cooked there as one of the friend was a cook. Great house and awesome renters. Thanks again. Ps we also booked this later in the week and still a nice deal. Better than a hotel. Pool table was a hit!!

Wedding stay
We needed a place to stay with family since our daughter was getting married in Bemidji. This property gave us everything we needed. We needed a place that would allow dogs which accommodated us well. We would consider staying again. Nice big fenced in back yard as well.

A pleasant stay
We were a group of 7 adults. Very nice space for a group. Everything was clean. Two gathering spaces to spread out into. Nits: A slight musty smell when we arrived that dissipated. A little short on plates (just enough for our 7) and utensils. The free standing basement shower drain was slow and it needs a shelf for soap and shampoo. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Loved the large backyard and allowing pets. The bedrooms were attractive and spacious. Nice decor. Good location in Bemidji for access to our gathering place for reunion. Perfection would have been a dishwasher and less carpeting, but my 18 month old grandson loved the carpet. I probably would have been happy with no dishwasher, but I was the dishwasher. Friendly, immediately responsive hosts.

Perfect for a campus visit, girls weekend or family vacation
The house was large and easily accommodated 6 adults. The rooms were comfortable and the house was clean. We had a great time hanging out in the living room and had ample space to get ready for the day in the three bathrooms. The check-out process was one of the best I have encountered with a home rental. It was easy to finish up without having to take our entire morning cleaning up the whole house. Felt like a hotel stay with a great amount of room.

Friend reunion
It was my besties 50th, we are all BSU graduates, we had a great time heading down memory lane. The house was perfect, very comfortable, well stocked and in a very convenient location. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone, we only used a small portion but it would be great for a family vacation.

Daughters Wedding
My husband and I plus our three boys and one girl friend stayed for two nights for our daughter's wedding. It was very clean, modern, easy check in and out and had enough space for family to come over for breakfast on the last day before checkout. Was cold outside the first night and the house stayed comfortable. Loved the coffee mugs, gas fireplace and night lights. Appreciated the wifi and little extras all over the house. Would definitely stay at this house or another one owned by these brothers.
