"Enjoyed our stay at “Sip&Stay”. Clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms, and great fenced backyard with nice grass for pup. Patio is cute too. Super close to many great wineries. The owner is great and responds quickly of questions. One bed did seem to be small for a queen size. Has a full-size stove/oven and dishwasher, washer n dryer. Could use a microwave for reheating coffee, etc but we got by no problem. Overall a great stay, no issues. We’d...

"What a fun and cool place to stay! They had a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and overall just a fantastic play to stay for my kids, husband and in-laws!!! Plus it was nice to go just down the road to pick up some delicious wine at Col Solare to enjoy during our stay! "

"Our family of three was looking for a peaceful getaway near the Red Mountain wineries and found it here! Location, cleanliness, communication with owner, full kitchen, and access to peaceful outdoor space by the river (filled with morning birdsong) were all beyond expectation. We further enjoyed the connection with our gracious host Gary. One of our best trips to Red Mountain yet! "

"Anthony was very prompt hen I communicated with him. He was very cordial too.The place was very clean and homey.It was nice of him to have the little packs that contained a toothbrush, tooth paste, and a comb. Also supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion.Totally enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back gain in the future."

"Remarkably clean, beautiful house with the perfect setup for all ages in my family. My 4-year old nephew loved playing on the trampoline, my 16-year old son and his buddy loved the foosball table and punching bags, the dog was thrilled with a fully fenced yard and we all enjoyed the hot tub, the fire, and the BBQ. We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely stay here again!"

"Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. I would stay...

"We had a quick weekend trip to Tri-Cities. This place was great. No complaints. It was nice and clean and the beds were good. We had been there before and stayed in a hotel. Staying at the VRBO was better because my brother came down from Montana and were able to sit around and have coffee in the morning. "

"We stopped at the Cozy for one night to break up a long drive. It was very clean, quiet, spacious and pleasant. It was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. "This little home was our day 2 after staying at adjacent house night before. Tori and cleaners bent over backwards to adjust check in/out with homes and have Molly’s ready to go so we weren’t displaced between stays. The home itself is terrific with a wonderful backyard and beautiful landscaping. Nicest home in the neighborhood for sure. So glad we worked with Tori and her team. Thanks! "
