Great Host

The house is perfect for a group get away. They have everything you need and more. The deer come right up to visit during your stay making it a special treat. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Having the private dock is such a bonus ! Will stay again.

Awesome place. Great for hosting, grilling, and fishing. The veiws are amazing too. This place has everything you need. Very quite neighborhood and still close too all the attractions in town. The owners are awesome and super responsive if you need anything.

Checks all the boxes!!

WOW!! There are so many things to love about this property!! Friendly. Clean. Stocked. Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient. Private. The location is perfect. Missy is awesome- she was very helpful with anything we could have needed and just lovely to visit with! The backyard is simply magical. And the lake. Oh Beaver Lake, you have my heart. I really can’t say enough about our time at the Kaza’s home. Don’t hesitate booking this place. You will not be disappointed!! We felt like we were ‘home’ the entire weekend and can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Kaza family for your hospitality and sharing your amazing home. We hope to see you again soon!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We had the best time. The place is a lot bigger than it looked in the pics. We most enjoyed the swimming dock and fire pit. Location is so great. Feels out of town but so close to everything. Missy was a great host and took complete care of us. Thank you!

Just plain awesome....

First, Missy and Steve are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and willing to go the extra mile with information and assistance. The location is perfect and the decor of the living space is right on point. Enjoyed the wildlife and the backyard view and ammentities. Beautiful landscaping in the backyard. Also, the ability to use the dock was a plus. Lots of elements available for use making this a well-equipped stay. Even numerous items for the lake and fishing. Definately will be back and love Beaver Lake!

Fun, Fishy & Fantastic!

We all loved this place! The decor is so adorable and the house was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens so soft and snuggly! The back yard was full of seating areas & yard games. The volleyball net, jumpy tire and tree swing were all pretty popular with our teens. The boat dock was awesome. We took full advantage of the fishing gear & kayaks! The boat slip (with a lift) was a huge need for us and this one worked out great!!! Every thing you need is right there on property. We loved it and want to come back every year! Oh & thank you for the s’mores!

Just what we needed

Misty was such a kind and generous host. We didn’t have friends staying with us because of Covid but she was very kind to allow us to have them visit to sit around the fire pit and enjoy the kayaks and paddleboard. The beds are so comfortable, we slept really well. The kitchenette made it a bit challenging to cook for the group (no dishwasher) and next time we will bring our own cookware. Overall, we were so pleased to have this relaxing getaway right on the lake to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

Amazing Lakefront property- great hosts!

Missy was amazing from beginning to end! Loved the house- so FUN! Campfire for s’mores at night was great- dock was so easy to get to and have the best location in the lake! Had the best weekend!

Wonderful house and location

The house was wonderful and we really enjoyed having the slip on lake to ourselves. Kids swam and fished for hours off the slip and we really appreciated all the amenities from paddleboard, kayaks, tubes, fishing rods/tackle. The owners are upstairs but kept to themselves except to help a couple times when needed which was much appreciated. The back yard was great with a large fire pit and several deer who were constant visitors. Only negative is a couples bed/mattresses could be a lot better. Wasn't much of an issue though, just annoying. I would highly recommend this property. It was a tremendous bargain considering the number of people it sleeps and use of the boat slip.
