Quiet & Relaxing
Since we were there in the winter and it happened to be cold and rainy, we enjoyed a quiet week of lounging about, enjoying the view, and relaxing. The house is perfect for traveling with dogs! The main deck is fully enclosed and has a stairway to a small fenced-in yard. We could all enjoy the deck! The house was very clean and thoughtfully appointed (even an extra charger in the bedroom in case you forgot yours). Nice linens, plenty of towels, and extra blankets and comforters. You will be climbing stairs, so be okay with that. Primary is on top. Kitchen/dining is middle. Entertainment/biggest TV is basement. Lily, our contact, was super-responsive and checked on us. Made us feel very taken care of! Thank you!

Felt Like Home
We loved everything about our stay here! The house is beautiful and the yard is perfect for enjoying outside time as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and there were lots of games for the kids. Our kids especially enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. The owners were so thoughtful to leave snacks, laundry supplies, cooking essentials and outdoor activities for us. We hope to come back soon!

Great hoyse and location
The house and location are as advertised. Beds are comfortable, decks and grounds are great! I would stay again. We had a family reunion, Evolve, the management company, did not perform well. Sadly, the owners and guests pay for Evolve.

Making memories
The house is beautiful just not as big as it looked. We took boat and the marina is close but had to take in and out daily no boat slip available to rent. My grandkids really loved the dog Margo and enjoyed seeing her daily. The ping pong table was a big hit also. I did get a shower mat for main level bathtub with small children and older parents felt safer that way. Over all we had a good time and made wonderful memories.

Beaver Lake getaway
It’s always hard when vacation comes to an end, but this property made it especially difficult! Our stay was so relaxing! The house was perfectly appointed. The location on the lake near the marina was perfect. This was the perfect getaway for our family. The deck and attached dog run allowed our pup to get to be a part of the fun. We can’t wait to come back!

Love everything about this place! The owners are amazing and quick to respond. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. The views are amazing! We stayed here last year and had to come back from Texas and stay here again! We enjoyed the kayaks and playing ping-pong. We had a great time!!! Thank you so much!!! Hope to be back!!!

Spring Break
We enjoyed our spring break getaway at Beaver Lake Hideaway! The weather was cold so we loved having the fireplace to cozy up around. We felt at home and comfortable. The deck and fenced side yard was very nice to let our dogs run and play and not have to worry about them running off. Looking forward to visiting Beaver Lake again in the future…maybe in the summer next time!

Review of Beaver Lake Hideaway
Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend a few things for large groups that stay here. Take extra towels and wash clothes. Otherwise, was very well stocked. There weren’t paring knives there, but we bought four inexpensive ones and left them.

Family Reunion Fun
Just as described in listing and photos. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, beds comfortable. Beautiful area along the lake. Wrap around deck great place to gather. We don’t have a dog but had a very nice dog run. Plenty of firewood for fire pit.

Nice, quiet place to stay. Friendly neighbor dog(black lab) came over and said hi. Had 4 deer moving thru property foraging early morning late evening. Would book again.

Family Vacation
The house was clean and just as listed. Communication with host was good. Path to the lake was mowed and easy except the lake was down 3 ft (obviously no fault of the VRBO). Only complaint is the parking. The parking area for boat trailer & truck is at the bottom of a gravel road. Getting back up the hill with the boat in tow requires a 4-wheel drive. The neighbors were nice and offered information about the lake.

2 families, 2 dogs, one great stay.
The house is exactly as presented on the site. My family of 4 took the large upstairs suite leaving my sister's 4 to spread out in the other rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with a k cups and drip coffee option allowing us to easily enjoy our coffee on the deck each morning. The full kitchen was also a plus as there wasn't any restaurants super close, we were ok with making 3 meals a day, but this is something to consider. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing throughout the week and everyone had enough space to spread out and relax. The TVs had a screencast option making movie nights a fun option while we were there. While very nice, this house is pretty far from just about everything and it was typically 30-45 minutes travel time to get anywhere for activities. This location is perfect if you are bringing your own boat and don't need to drive to rent.

5 day trip
Loved the stay! Description was accurate and the house had enough space for 11 of us. Really liked the decks and the access to the water for some fishing. The house has everything we needed and it even had wood and fire lighter fluid! The only drawback was the distance to restaurants. About 30 minutes to get to into Springdale. Overall, not a huge deal, but just something to keep in mind.

Secluded with 4 legged visitors!
Very relaxing stay with an old doggy neighbor that visited daily. Within 25 minutes of multiple cities with much to do. Owners were very responsive to questions and very nice!

Lake house Getaway
Great home for large family. Appreciated very specific instructions for using all items at the home. Had everything we needed for cooking for large group (except cheese grater which we added from the DG just 15min up the road). Teens enjoyed cliff jumping (found well beaten trail on the road to Marina) and hiking/bike trails 30min away at Hobbs State Park, while the less adventurous of the group sat on the large porch and watched the fisherman in the canal and played dominos.

Ballgame Weekend
Stayed with two other couples and had a fantastic time. 35 min to stadium, which was great. Lake was really low and the lake view was hampered by this. We could see the dry lake bottom, no fault of the owners! Firewood was on site and we really enjoyed the fireplace as it snowed during our stay. Clean and well appointed. We were concerned about it having only two bathrooms but it worked out fine! Would stay here again.

Amazing Property!
We had an amazing time at this property! The home is updated and very clean! We throughly enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning to drink our coffee and visit. The hosts were VERY hospitable and accommodating! I highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed!
