Lots of extras and thoughtful touches
This is a precious house in a great location! The decor is very nice and the owners have added many extras that made the stay even more comfortable such as snacks, extra towels, nice chairs in every bedroom, toiletries and coffee. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bentonville.

Great location for a relaxing stay in Bentonville
We stayed in this lovely 3 bedroom home for 2.5 weeks and it was perfect for my wife, 2 kids and myself to have space and comfort. My highlights were: riding bikes to the kids tinkering museum The Amazeum, which is 1.5 miles from the front door of this house. There are also a couple parks that direction, making it a fun little trek on bike. Cooking in the backyard while the kids enjoyed the swing in the shade. Shirley was a phenomenal host. Very quick to respond to questions and restocked anything we needed during our longer stay.

Great efficient and convenient spot
This property provided all we needed for our time in NWA. Easy access to 49 and downtown Bentonville. Super easy to go on an outing but come back to the house to regroup and recharge. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. A comfortable stay.

Cozy and well maintained VRBO!
Had a lovely stay at Shirley’s home rental, loved the cozy feel and how it was decorated. Property owner was extremely flexible as it was a last minute rental and she was a great/helpful communicator throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a coupe and small kids, thank you!

Clean ,comfortable property. Good location for seeing local sights--state park, historical battleground ,Native American Museum ,art museum, city parks ,dog park. Spent time with nearby college granddaughters ,basketball game and dinners out.

Mother/Daughter Trip
My mom and I had a wonderful trip to Bentonville. This location was perfect for our trip, close to everything, the square, Crystal Bridges, and amazing restaurants! When we arrived we had a sweet welcome note and amazing snacks waiting for us! The house was clean, cozy and very comfortable for our stay. Shirley was very easy to communicate with by checking in with us prior to our arrival and letting us know we could reach out if we had any issues, which we didn’t at all. We recommend and will consider booking again when we travel back to Bentonville.

Sweet space with all the little extras
We loved our recent stay at this sweet space. We traveled with kids ages 1-4 and really appreciated the extra details of kids toys, books, games, high chair, and pack and play to help make our packing lighter. The swing out back was also perfect for our littles when it wasn't raining. The decor of the house was extra sweet, even down to the fun mushroom nightlights around the place. Extra pillows and quilts in the closets were very appreciated along with the snacks, abundance of coffee pods, and laundry detergent available if needed. There was a good variety of pots, coffee mugs, and serverware available. All of the kids plates and utensils were amazing for meals as well. The place felt very clean and the host was very prompt at communicating and even let us check in the early when we got into town early❤️❤️ all in all loved our stay and would return

The house was very clean and well maintained. Other than the initial problem opening the door we enjoyed the house. Beds were very comfortable. Could have used a few more washcloths and kitchen towels. Would easily recommend to others

Perfect house. Highly recommend!
We stayed at this house for a softball tournament. It was the perfect location for us. It was close to the ballpark. It was also very close to downtown. The house felt extremely clean. The hosts leave slippers so you can leave your shoes at the door. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to take our dog which was a big plus. The 3 bedrooms were roomy and bright. It was great having 2 bathrooms. The property manager was wonderful! We always received a fast response to our requests. She was able to accommodate our schedule and made checkin and out very easy.

Comfortable and clean home in very convenient location
We had a wonderful stay here. The check-in process was simple and the home was just what we were looking for. It was clean and we love that the basics such as laundry and dishwasher pods, paper towels and to as well as salt and pepper were available. It’s nice not to have to buy those things for a short stay. They also had a nice little stock of coffee pods, creamers and granola bars available which was a really nice touch. The location was great, as we were able to hop right on the Greenway and bike everywhere we went. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay
My family of 5 with 3 kiddos and a dog went up to Bentonville to explore the area. It was colder than expected so we ended up at the house more than planned and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. The house is very clean and had all the amenities. Even some shampoo which was great since we forgot ours. My girls loved the swing in the back and spent some good time out back bundled up. I highly recommend this listing for a family or close group of friends.

Exceptional Stay for our Family of 5
I traveled with my family of 5 (3 kids under 7) to explore Bentonville during the kids Spring Break. This home exceeded our expectations! It was extremely clean, freshly remodeled, well furnished and accessorized, properly equipped with everything we needed to make it our home base. We appreciated the pack n play and high chair so we didnt have to pack our own. The location was perfect— we explored trails on bikes, ate at yummy restaurants, and visited museums. The host made sure to reach out the night we arrived and was kind and welcoming. We had no issues while staying therefore did not need to contact her during our stay but Im certain she would pour as much TLC into our stay as she has put into her home. We will be back!

Clean, pretty and ideally located
We highly recommend this home after spending a long weekend in Bentonville for a bike race. Everything is new, and the home interior is bright and beautifully designed. It was the cleanest rental we have ever been in. We were a family of three, our dog and a friend - and we comfortably fit. Bedrooms are roomy, and bathrooms were spotless. The house was very well supplied - with extra rolls of paper products, plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, blankets, etc. We had all the kitchen pots, pans, utensils, etc for our home-cooked meals. The garage was clean and roomy for bikes. Driveways fit two vehicles. We were very close to downtown, as well as the interstate. The yard was tidy. This home was one of our best rental experiences ever, and should we ever return to the area, we would eagerly stay again.
