Great Vacation!!!!
Perfect home for a peaceful and relaxing vacation but close enough to San Antonio if you’re interested in something more!!!!! My family and I enjoyed having coffee early in the mornings out by the pool listening to the birds❤️The deer would come out late in the evenings. The pool was wonderful!!!! The house was neat and clean and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again. Host was amazing!!!

Great Time in the Hill Country
Our family of nine had a wonderful time at the 7 Acre Hill Country Estate. House and clean and had a wonderful lay-out. Plenty of room for all nine of us to sleep comfortably, but also big rooms where we could spend time together. The location was perfect for us to travel to San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. The pool and outdoor area were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family House
My family wanted to get a way for a little vacation to celebrate my cousins graduation to Texas Tech. The host was amazing in communicating and the home was beautiful. We had kids, teenager and adults on thai trip and the space worked for us all. Great layout and the pool was a great way to cool off the whole stay! The home was clean and spacious. It was a great place to stay and the whole family loved it!

Great place!
My cousins and I enjoyed our weekend stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The owners did a good job on the lay out and decor of this place. The bunk room was the perfect place to sit and visit in the evenings and the back porch was a relaxing place for our morning coffee. Would stay here again!

Relaxing, fun getaway
Our family of 6 joined another family of 6 and had a great stay. The house slept us all comfortably and we had everything we needed. After spending each day enjoying Guadalupe State Park, the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We enjoyed a campfire and stargazing in the peaceful setting. We highly recommend for families!

Beautiful and easy time
We had a wonderful time here. The house is one level, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, awesome outdoor space, with a beautiful salt water pool. Everything was clean and the communication quick and kind. Three generations of us had a great time. We hope to be back!

The house, host, and the property were all amazing. I can't speak highly enough for the service. We noticed the coffee pot had a crack in it upon arrival. We weren't worried about it but I let them know. They were there before our morning coffee with a new one ready to go.

Stayed for a wedding
We enjoyed our stay. Went for a wedding and met up with family. The house was clean, lovely setting. Only complaint was we had my mother who is elderly with us and she had a hard time with the 2 steps along walkway entering home and the toilets were all low and difficult for her to use without assist. Otherwise, it was good. Would recommend.

A Stay to Remember
The owners of the home were very accomodating to our needs from the beginning to the end! The location was close enough to stores where you go go grab what you need and come back quick so you wouldn't miss out on anything going on while you are away! The main focal point for us was the fire pit. Recommend bringing out extra chairs if you have more than 6 people that will be by the fire. We stayed with 12 people from my grandmother to my teenage nephew and niece. Everyone had their space to retire to at the end of each night. We stayed from Friday to Sunday. My family was already talking about coming back out to this exact location during warmer times to enjoy the pool! Cannot say enough good things about this place and the home owners that assisted us. We WILL be staying here again in the future!
