"The loft space was so perfect. There was a separate building from the main house and it was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you could need. The owners were very nice and checked in on us after arrival. It was close to town, about a five minute drive and was situated on a beautiful property. It was pet friendly and we brought out dog, the owners left out treats for her. I would recommend this to anyone who visits the area. "

"There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown...

"Beautiful, peaceful property on pond, quiet and clean! Art in the home is fun and eclectic. We are so Thankful this property allows dogs without a weight restriction. This helped us include our dogs without the worry of leaving the dogs at an expensive dog boarding place. We had so much fun hiking, running and walks, with strolls around local attractions and leaf peeping; all with the dogs ! Cabot is a nice town and the property is located within 1-2 hours of major attractions such as Montpelier...

"Fall colors were on full display in Vermont and this amazing 30 acre homestead provided a perfect 5 night stay for 7 adults. Eric and Francine are gracious hosts who provided the home’s unique history. We all enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, sauna, pool table, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table and spacious back porch with a view of wild turkeys loitering near the private beach."

"We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, as described, we really liked the two options for watching TV since we were a family traveling with extended family. The proximity to town was also really nice. We didn’t have to deal with the hustle and bustle of being directly in the town, but it was a very short drive away. I highly recommend it to anyone and I’m sure we’ll be back someday!"
