"Cute and quaint cabin that’s far enough away from the city to hear the river along with frogs at night; but close enough that if you forgot something in town it’s a scenic 20 min drive to go get whatever you need. Bedding was fantastic, felt like we were in a 5 star hotel alongside the Couple Jet Tub. Lovely property that you can walk around during the day if you wanna stay in but still explore. Can’t wait to book our next vacation in the summer so we can enjoy all the river has to offer! "

Full size kitchen was well appointed, with a small but adequate dining area. Heating system worked well. The apartment is well lit from windows during the day and good lighting at night. "My son and I were in town to check out Cal State Chico and the location of the property was minutes away from the campus. We were able to get a good lay of the land while we mere there while enjoying the comfort and attention to detail in the house!
