Quiet farm house

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet farm house. We had a nice fire in the firepit and enjoyed a star filled sky. We would stay again.

Delightful Stay at Working Ranch

Loved the ranch feel with barns, livestock, wildlife, and lots of outdoor space. Appreciated the proximity to the Bertram town center. Enjoyed the roomy kitchen and living areas of the house. Delighted in the multiple types of coffee that were provided by the host.

Property Manager Issue

Before our stay, I contacted Katie to ask about allowing my ex-husband to bring his service dog. She said no animals are allowed on the property. I said other arrangements will be made. Which they were. We stayed at the property for my son's wedding weekend. We did not stay much at the property other than sleep and shower. When we checked out I was accused of having a dog on the property. I was accused of a strong urine smell on a rug in the living area. I did not have a dog on the property, my ex actually stay at the grooms home they rented for the weekend and paid a fee for the dog to be there. Now Katie wants me to pay a fee for the cleaning. I am very disappointed and if she was that worried if I was going to bring a dog on the property she should have come to the property while we were staying there and checked out the situation. I also would not have asked her if the dog was allowed if I was going to allow the dog anyway.

Quiet house in the Texas Hill country

The house was great. The host communication was one of the best I've ever had with any short term rental. Very response to the few small issues that came up. We got to see longhorns every day hanging out on the property. The firepit was great. Everything was great. We didn't cook a lot there, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. We forgot to bring soap, but there's a Dollar General just down the road for anything like that if you need.

Quiet Place Near Liberty Hill

Nice and quiet

Classic Texas home. Safe and secure gated entry. Clean and updated. Spacious home with indoor and outdoor screened dining. Convenient to highway 29. It was perfect for us to visit family and friends.

Planning our next stay!

This home couldn’t have been a better fit for our family and Katie was very welcoming and attentive! The house is nestled off the beaten path and offers immense privacy and security. You can tell that this property has had a lot of thought and love pored into it. We will be staying again soon!

Starry nights

It was a great spot to wind down after working a long day at the festival. The staff are from Austin so it was nice to get away! We will definitely book again when we are in the area for an event.

Beautiful!!

Pay attention to the directions from Apple Maps, not google. Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The location sits on top of a hill overlooking the horizon and the stars are bright and beautiful!! The home is beautiful inside and out, plenty of room for everyone and comfortable.
