"We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. We enjoyed all the amenities. "The cottage had everything we needed, with a beautiful view of the water. We were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset over the lake on our first night, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Jennifer is a thoughtful and accommodating host who was easy to communicate with. She offered us thicker blankets in case it got chilly and even upgraded our cottage at no extra cost. Everyone in the community was so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning!"

"I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....
