"Sunglow 1001 was a wonder stay with beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the balcony. Wind was blowing pretty hard east, so some beautiful surf and surfing to watch. Very clean and well appointed condo. Off season meant great prices and I even had the whole top floor to myself. In 5 days, I think I only shared an elevator once. Big enough complex to be very nice, small enough to be cozy. "

"The location of this unit in the building is ideal for the most sunshine on the balcony. We REALLY appreciated that. Beach access was closeby, as the stairs from the property were under repair. This location is great. The kitchen is small, but functional and the building isn't the newest. However the property is attended to and public areas were clean. We would stay here again. "

"Condo was great…easy check in and check out…property had construction going on outside and in surrounding condos which we didn’t know about. We were not able to use parking garage because our truck is too tall. One night had to park in next door condos lot because there were no spaces in outside lot. "

"The building and the room we stayed in were outdated and could use some sprucing up. The bed was not comfortable, and you sunk into the middle. Very little decor in the room. One piece of "decor" was a divided serving tray. The bathtub did not drain well - while taking a shower, you'd be ankle deep in water. The view was beautiful. Centrally located to a lot of restaurants and things to do. For the price, we got what we paid for - not horrible but not worth taking pictures to post of social...

"My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and the Turkey Rod Run. The house is easy to find and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, mini golf and the beach. About a 20 minute drive to the Speedway. Kid’s enjoyed having their own beds and enjoyed playing the arcade games and ping pong/pool. We didn’t get to tryout the cowboy pool because of the weather. Two car garage was a plus and Chris was always prompt in answering any questions that we had. Will definitely stay again."

"Beautiful location and condo. Many amenities on the property and plenty of beach gear. A few minor issues…elevator was slow, so using stairs was actually healthier and quicker… Jacuzzi tub jets in master bath didn’t work, and wifi was set to a GFI that kept tripping off. Weren’t any major issues though, and would definitely stay there again. "
