"Rooms need better bed and digital thermostats. Room was extremely hot, couldn’t control the temperature."

"Good facilities and restaurant was good quality and value for money. About 15 minutes walk to the ski lift. Not much around for evening entertainment unfortunately."

"Fint,stilig, rent,Wifi på rommet. Serviceorientert høflig personell. 3 min gågange til Terma Bania/badeland. God mat (frokost, middagsbuffé). 5min til bussholdeplass.Det tar ca. 45 min til Zakopane. Ikke aircondition på rommet, ikke speil, ikke søppelbøtte på rommet. Felles kjøleskap,microbølgeovn, kopper, vannkoker og te/kaffe i gangen. En del støy hvis noen lager mat om natten og en har rom i nærheten. Vårt opphold var reservert og betalt lenge i forveien men det viste seg at hotellet fikk...

"Awesome Skihotel! Our stay was in fall, great for hiking at the high Tatra. The room (3 beds) was big & very comfortable. Bathroom a little bit tiny but nice. Great for a family stay. Sauna, hot tub, steambath, professional gym (a lot of weights, machines, heavy barbells), kids playroom, adult recreational room (pool billard, kicker table, table tennis...) Nice reastaurant, cool bar, very good breakfast. And there is aThermal Bath across the street."

"This was the absolute worst experience I have had while traveling. I have visited many countries in Europe, and many cities mostly in Poland and I am not one to complain but this is an exception. First of all, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING on site. The parking lot was always full and the front desk would shrug their shoulders when I questioned where I should park. My father and I simply visited this region to go to the thermal baths next door. We had a difficult time getting the hotel card to let...

"The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel. "
