"Didn't need to use our car to get anywhere. Everything walking distance in village. Our 5yr old twin grandsons loved the pool and later feeding the ducks at the lake. Our adult kids loved the weather and lake in the village. Condo was clean except for some big cob webs hanging in the skylight light. "

"I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this...

"Great property for family trip with teens/adult kids. Mom and dad escaped to the private downstairs studio while the kids got the 3rd floor and we all hung together on the 2nd floor main living space. Well stocked amenities and it’s right on the water with an easy walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. Only complaint is the downstairs bed is pretty lumpy and probably ready for an update. Would definitely stay here again "
